More than just watching

The following stories came flowing out and felt like something fun to play. If you see in here a kernel of what you might be interested in, drop me a line. I’m quite open to a tweak here, a change of setting there, and perhaps we’ll both enjoy the result all the more. If the two ideas don’t match up, then no harm done.

I’ve found that some stories are best told in the collaborative writing approach that is most common here on Literotica, where each writer has effectively an equal role. Others may benefit most from a more narrator/player style, which many of you may find familiar from a roleplaying background. The latter particularly works when one character is moving through a world and discovering the story, the former more when the story is centrally about the intertwinings of two characters with any other characters rather secondary. Knowing which we’re doing will save us both frustration - so as with all other aspects of the stories please do feel free to ask.

Just Business in Las Vegas

Was it a cruel joke from someone in the travel office, or was the company really cutting back that much on their expenses? Two co-workers attending a business convention in Vegas find that they've been booked into a single hotel room, which is a bit untraditional when the pair is mixed gender to say the least, and all the more complicated by the quiet attraction between them. With the convention season in full swing, spare rooms are not to be found at any reasonable price. Surely for a long weekend they can stay professional despite the temptations, or will what happens in Vegas have to stay in Vegas?

Primary themes of voyuerism and restrained tension, slipping to perhaps a bit of "accidental" exhibitionism before they give in to their desires.

Sugar for the Summer

Our male lead finds that he has been able to largely complete his high-flying business contract work ahead of schedule. Now he merely needs to hang out and make sure things complete well, which means he is an unfamiliar big city with some spare time and a nice bonus check. He finds himself offering a deal to a local grad student: he's looking for a guide and a playmate who will fulfill his wishes, she gets treated to some of the finer things for a few weeks plus enough cash to get her through the next school year.

Originally I envisioned this as him making this proposition to the cute barista in the coffee shop a block down from his high-end hotel, but that can just be an example of where it can start. On idea could be that she is a fine arts grad student so he has her show him around the local museums, and they end up being rather naughty amongst the art.

Seven Days On The Distaff
(more Narrator/Player style)

She always had been a mischievous spirit, particularly in regards to the humans who retreated away from their cold cities to vacation in her island home. The very fact that they needed to leave their homes to let themselves relax and unwind amused her, while very being sprung from the sunny beaches, the cooling evening breezes, and the transforming energy of the changing moon. She was not happy with all the the humans had built on her island, but she had changed too and now found delight in watching them and occasionally taking a small hand in their lives when she had the whim.

It was in the changing light of the moon that such a whim overtook her as she overheard the wishful thoughts of a young man who clearly was not feeling the joy of her island. At first she thought he was simply unlucky in love, something she had toyed with resolving in the past, but as she heard more she found it was a more novel complaint.

"Girls have more fun," Alex mused wistfully as he climbed into the bed of his hotel room alone. "A cute girl doubly so. I wish I was a good looking girl instead of a boring, skinny guy."

That made her smile. Wishes like that could be so much fun. When Alex awoke he would be Alexandra, and as far as anyone on her island would know he had always been a she. The spirit saw that his vacation here was to last seven more days - seven days to try life as a young woman. If he preferred being a she, then perhaps Alexandra could remain on the island forever in her new body. And of course, what fun would it be if a spirit couldn’t tag along, watch what happens, and play a bit of a part in the voyage of discovery. Sometimes impersonating a (well, person) could be a lot of fun too.

A last thought then on the topic of side-conversations. Please do let me know if anything about a story isn’t working for you. Oftentimes it can be fixed and if not then it’s best to go ahead and bring things to an agreeable end; sometimes a story just doesn’t turn out to be as much fun as one partner hoped. On the other hand I love to hear it when my partner is enjoying the story - the thrill for me comes from both the creative energy of the tale and from my partner’s response. I still remember a note from a writing partner years ago who talked about how much she liked the scene we had going at the time and how she had to take (shall we say) some time for herself after rereading it. Everyone has their own level of TMI and separation of writer and character, but I figure considering the genre we’re writing it would be disappointing if it didn’t inspire a physical response. So feel free to share such things if you feel comfortable or not, and I’ll probably match your level of disclosure.

The Apartment at the top of the hill

At the top of a small hill is a small apartment building converted from an older building. The view from the top room is nice, the rent is surprisingly cheap, and as long as you have a car or don't mind a bike ride up and down a hill it's a reasonable distance from campus. So how come this room, perfect suited for a single renter, hasn't gotten snapped up? The neighbors seems a bit eccentric, but that's not so unusual in this college town.

Our protagonist thinks the room is a great find. Perhaps they've heard rumors that previous prospective renters found it uncomfortable, even creepy, in some way they couldn't put a finger on. But for our protagonist it seems airy and charming - it's almost like the room was meant for them.

The genre here is supernatural, with it moving to either a ghostly romance or erotic horror as we work out together. The spirit that is tied to this house is looking for just the right collection of residents to please its urges and amusements. Discovering the history of the person who died here is a thread that the protagonist can follow once they start to realize what's going on.

For the lighter option we have a relatively benign ghost who likes to watch what goes on, influence thoughts and emotions, shape dreams, and to a lesser degree directly interact with the residents.

For the darker option we have a embodiment of urges who intrudes upon the resident, calling out their darker fantasies and leading them to explore them both in dreams and in the physical world.

Current Stories

GenreCon Nights: Chris and his friend Fiona head to GenreCon full of excitement to see how her costumes can do in the big cosplay contest. But Chris has long been interested in Fiona more than just the creative teamwork of making costumes, and things get complicated when they realize they have a hotel room with just one bed. This continues to be a great creative collaboration with kaitlyn_sun. Both of us like a lot of detail and a lot of discussion and planning and that is really paying off in this story. Chris and Fiona are both cute and innocent in many ways, and as of this writing are still just anticipating the possibility that they're going to end up having lots of sex in this hotel room.

Island In Time: When a young woman from modern times and a man from the Golden Age of Piracy both make it through a storm to be marooned on the same island, what might be going on. I'll be exploring an adventure/mystery plot here with Swan Lake that will be more story and less sex than some other recent stories I'm in, which I think will be a nice change.

“Who’s there?” I asked, though I’d tracked her iPhone.

“Let me in!” She slipped through the door. My eyes traced over her. I was immediately hard.

Her fingers clutched her purse before her. “I barely snuck out of my apartment.” She’d worn only the chemise I sent. “I can’t believe I drove over here like this. Did you think this was my size?”

I had picked it out with care. “When driving I bet most people wouldn’t realize it from the top.” My hand slid across her, fingertip brushing the nipple that poked through the lacework. She shuddered. “They wouldn’t be able to see how short it is.” I circled her, appreciating the curve of her bottom peeking out. I looked into her eyes. “Unless they were right by your window.”

“There was a man selling newspapers at a light.” I raised an eyebrow. Her eyes darted to her purse.

“You covered yourself?” She nodded. “You weren’t allowed.”

“I couldn’t, without you there.”

“Hands on your head.” The motion exposed her pert bottom, her shaven sex. My finger stroked soft, smooth folds. “How do you feel?”

“Please. I’m so wet.” She leaned into my finger. I had to resist.

“We agreed. I will help you explore your fantasy today, but no release until night.” If not, I would have been inside her already.

She eyed my bulge. “For either of us.”

“Indeed. Get in my car, it’s time to explore.” It was a going to be a hard, wonderful day.

Story Purgatory

These stories aren't dead, but they are either on hold by agreement with the other writer, or the other writer appears to have disappeared.

History's End: The end of civilization has come, bringing the world down in a crumble. The young Riley has been holding her own in a city gone to seed, but her long-last family friend "Uncle" Mike seeks her out with news that the city is about to fall. As they try to find their way together in the post-apocalyptic world, what terrible things will confront them, and what might develop between them as they face things together? (My partner has had to take a break from Literotica for a while. Best Wishes!)

The End

These stories I'm considering to be closed due to departure of the partner (perhaps in some joyful future) because the story has reached a natural end.

More than creative tension: When Ben hires a young woman (ella_v) from a local college to help out with his photography studio for the summer, he was hoping for some cheap help and fresh eyes on his projects. Instead he finds that he can't keep his eyes off her and finds himself thinking very unprofessional thoughts about what they might do. When a big opportunity comes up he finds himself getting to know her more than he expected. (Last Active: 20 Sept 2016)

Auctioned Off: ms_tiff proposed an idea where a young woman has had herself auctioned off in order to raise money to help her family, particularly a sickly younger brother. At this point in the story she has been purchased by her new Master, and she's only just beginning to learn what she's gotten herself into. This one is particularly interesting to me in that I'm exploring the role of the owner/dominant in such a strong "total submission" kind of scenario. Master Simon is setting up to be strict but not cruel, so we'll see how exactly this works out. (Last Active: 11-06-2016)

Bought To Be Art: This story is a spinoff from “Auctioned Off” which is ms_tiff’s story concept. why_not_jill was interested to have her character be purchased by Mistress Elizabeth, who was introduced in Auctioned Off. This thread will skip some of the scene setting there, so you may want to read the first couple posts of Auctioned Off before picking up here. While why_not_jill may share a common start to ms_tiff’s Emmaline our goal is that she’ll have a rather different journey… (Last Active: 12-02-2016)

Kathy's Intensive Research: I originally contacted Little_Red_Rose about another story idea of hers, but that was already in progress so we worked out this idea of her college student character to be taken in by a dominant professor. This is going to be very different Dom/Sub relationship than Auctioned Off certainly, particularly since we're only just starting to work out how exactly the relationship part will get established and I doubt that Kathy will have anywhere near as absolute a submission as poor Emmaline. I see a lot in Miss Kay: As you might guess from my username, voyeurism and exhibitionism are top of my list. So when AndreaSubbie posted about waiting an story based on exhibitionism and nudity, I was interested. Our story has to do with a young English intern who has found that she gets a thrill from following the instructions of her older American boss. They started in the workplace, but the explorations quickly moved from there. Honestly, this moved out of the teasing voyeur/exhibitionism faster than I would have wanted, in retrospect. It could have been good to keep that tension longer.
