I hope it's just a temper tantrum, because I enjoyed reading his posts.

Pot snobs. Getting as bad as wine snobs. Ooh it has a heady bouquet and a fruity taste. After a couple of glasses it could be Baby Duck or Blue Nun for all you care. (very cheap Ontario wine from the 70s) Same with pot. The really good stuff makes you hack and cough. Potency has something to it chances are your going to pay through the nose.
Just get a quarter for $50 that gets you a buzz and that's all you need.

The Blue Cheese is just shake I use for brewing with regular tea leaves. Nice and mellow for a nighttime chill.

That's great if I was Canadian in the 70's. Plus, thankfully, I'm not poor and don't have to smoke $50 shake, stem & seed quarters.

I may not be cool, but my lungs will never look like shoe leather and I enjoy little things like being able to run up a flight of stairs and not wheeze.
I live and let live as far s people and their habits and pleasures go, but still roll my eyes when people say Marijuana is not a drug and not addictive. I know idiots that can't pay their rent, but are sucking a bong 24/7

Neither did I. I've done my share of silly or risk-taking things in life, but I never tried drugs, not even once.
Too risky. So easy to get addicted.
Even if cannabis isn't as addictive and is much less damaging to the body than alcohol is, it's often a gateway to harder drugs. And for me, That's what makes it dangerous.

You're right, its like anything else. There's plenty of people who smoke a blunt once in a while to chill and that's it, just like there's people that have a couple drinks to relax here and there, not an issue
When you're at it all the time, when you're high at work, and smoking dope in your car at lunch because you can't make it to the end of the day, that's the problem.
I'm not saying everyone is addicted, but that it is addictive which hardcore stoners deny vehemently. Anything can be addictive, including pot.
The crappy line its herbal and natural is hilarious, after all Cocaine comes from a plant as well, but coke is not addictive right?

Not at all, different life choices.
Back in my teens I made a decision to take care of myself as best I can, so never smoked anything, eat right, exercise and never drank more than socially and now hardly at all the last few years.
To each their own, but I'd rather have all eight cylinders as I get older and not be misfiring.
I also have other means of escapism than to get high

You got some of this right but let's not forget the benefits of treating cancer patients. No, it's not a cure but it the benefits of using marijuana in cancer treatments is astonishing.

The medical benefits were tainted by the legalization process. Colorado was amazed at the number males in their twenties that had debilitating medical conditions that required the evil sticky green medicine.
There was evidence that seizures in young children could be decreased (controlled?) with medical pot. The just say no to drugs groups were very against the treatment. WTF? If it works, it works.
