Your colonial space transport was diverted to an unexplored planet...
Your crash landing was more crash than landing...
80 people survived...
Sounds like a lot of characters...
It's not...
Did I mention this is an unexplored planet...?
You, the player(s), will each be able to designate and profile up to 5 PCs who I will not kill ... unless, of course, they do something entirely idiotic...
The other 75...? Well, consider them lambs for the slaughter...
However, it would be good of you to keep as many of them alive as long as possible, to help your PCs learn about this alien world in time to save their own lives...
I know this doesn't sound like much information to begin investing your time and creativity, but it's all I have time to tell you at this very moment. I will add more as the inevitable (and welcomed) questions are asked of me.
1x1 vs GROUP ROLE PLAY: I have never had much luck with Group RPs, so here's how I want to deal with this:
That's it for now. As I said, I will add to this over time.

1x1 vs GROUP ROLE PLAY: I have never had much luck with Group RPs, so here's how I want to deal with this:
- 1 or more players may begin the RP.
- If 1 player fades away, I will either let that player's PCs be assumed by another player, let them fade into the surviving crowd as unimportant, or let them die if appropriate.
- If the story is crawling because of a lack of replies, I will allow more players in at appropriate times.
- And finally, if 2 or more players are posting at significantly different rates and they are becoming incompatible as RP partners, I will arrange an incident in which the players' PCs (and an appropriate number of sacrificial lambs) can be broken off into different areas to continue their survival at each player's own pace.
- Must be comfortable with both a multitude of quick, action-only replies and the occasional longer, descriptive replies.
- Online almost every day.
- I am on the US's west coast, so I check my RPs before work and during work and post those quick replies I mentioned; as well as being online most evenings to post even more quick replies and the longer descriptive ones. I mention this because time zone differences can be an issue sometimes. We will work around them best we can, but if they become an issue and the story is crawling because you aren't online when I am ... well, I did mention bringing in other players.
- Even though it may not sound important for such an RP, I still require spelling, grammar, and punctuation checks of replies. I am not going to translate your replies into English, nor should you have to do the same with mine. We all make mistakes. In fact, I probably made some in this post since my phone doesn't check for me. But I at least proof read before posting, and I hope you will, too.
That's it for now. As I said, I will add to this over time.
