Character Profile : Anaiyah Vex (A.K.A. Annie), Age 24, born 150 years after the Nuclear Aftermath of the 21st century -- Member of the Tribe Nubi'croix.

"Coming Mistress Nephyra!" Annie hollered as she rushed into the animal hide hut that the tribe's elder sat in. She was carrying needed herbs that Nephyra required to create concoctions to heal the sick. The herbs were low in supply so she brought only a few satchels.

"Yes, my child," the nearly blind woman spoke with a withered voice. "Place those in the cauldron and mix it...hurry!" she urged as she looked for a hide-bound book on the shelf. Annie hurried and placed the herbs in as she was ordered and turned around hearing screams. "Nephyra...they're back. I thought we had sent those Scavengers away!"

The elder turned her wrinkled face towards her. "There isn't anything we can do. They'll find what they want and trample their way out of here." Soon enough, the screams stopped and the howls from the Scavengers could be heard in the distance. Annie grimaced as she looked back to the cauldron. "I wish I could have done something.."

"You will in due time, child.." the old woman said as she began to pour the concoction into the vials. "Take these to the women on the village edge. They need it for the children. Then return to me. I have a task for you.." Annie nodded and took the vials to where she was told to. The women nodded with their grim dirt-covered faces and Annie returned back to the elder's hut. "Nephyra, what is this task for me?"

Nephyra handed Annie a large woven satchel and pushed some parchment off into them. "I need you to ask the eastern tribes to send help here or our future will be no longer. You are our only hope, Anaiyah.."

Annie looked to her and nodded, knowing that she was being relied upon. Such a large burden on her shoulders. This world was something she had known for a long time, since her birth. Her mother had died due to complications and Nephyra had taken her in as a babe. Stepping to the village edge she looked out on the landscape -- barren with numerous crumbling structures around. Large rocks that she had heard were once called Skyscrapers were scattered across the horizon. Her tribe was centered on the city once known as Omaha as she had heard in the past, but now, it was nothing but death's doorstep.

She looked back to her village once more and continued on her way. The sun was unbearably hot as she placed a cloth around her head to keep her cool. Annie made her trek -- climbing on numerous objects to get around the obstacles in her way and staying clear of the Scavengers on the edge of the horizon. It wasn't until the sun was high in the sky before she decided to stop for a moment. She was alone out here -- or at least so she thought..

For two years Pariah lived out in the concrete jungle of Omaha. His tribe considered him to be an undesirable. An unlucky being. Pariah, before he named himself that, found a lot of Encyclopedias, reference guides and other books. He used them.

At first this was a good thing. The works of fiction were told to the tribe children. Everyone loved this. Whether it was a story about a messy giant cat with a hat, something called a Wiz-red named Harry in a place called Chicago who feasted at a glorious place with endless food called "Burger King," the girl from Kan-ses with her dog Tootoo, and many number of stories.

Then he started to put his faith in books rather than the tribe leaders. When he tried to correct them, give them knowledge, they saw it as insubordination and believing in falsehoods. Eventually one question and comment too many saw him casted out.

For days Pariah traveled until he made to Omaha. He recognized skyscrapers. Thanks to books he was able to spot what buildings were bad for settling, what ones had potential. He settled in a small home on the outskirts.

Over the weeks and months he made several supply runs into Omaha. Furs were traded out for clothes. Two mismatched biker books adorned his feet. Light jeans covered his legs. A dirty stained white button up shirt his chest. Surrounding his frame was a long light brown trench coat made of leather.

When Pariah was cast out the tribe burned his books. One of the first things he did was rebuild the collection. It was how he found a dictionary that contained his new name. He super up his home to look abandoned and undesirable thanks to something called camouflage. A concept a few books talked about.

Rats in his home and buildings inward provided food. Cans, rusted out and not provided subtle alarms in his home and on his land when strategically placed. This was over the course of time.

Today he spotted someone coming thanks to his spyglass, which was a telescope for stargazing. Putting on his gear along with a pair of goggles on his eyes and wrapping his head in a light brown sundress he ventured out and hid.

When Anne walked by something whizzed by her head. It made no noise. Guns had varying results these days. What whizzed by her head was an arrow. In Pariah's hands was a bow. Draped across his back was a quiver filled with many mismatched arrows. His fingers were drawing another arrow as he asked, "Are you friend or foe?"

The heat of the day was starting to get to her. Annie could have sworn that she had heard the swift buzz of an insect fly by her head. But when she looked in the direction, all she saw was an arrow piercing the ground near her. She walked over to it with curiosity. "Where did this come from?" she questioned quietly. Not picking up the arrow, she followed the trajectory from the tip with her finger, pointing back to where it had come from. It seemed there was a man there, standing in the shadows. She kept her hand pointed for a little bit before removing her headdress, allowing her hair to flow free. Feeling exhausted from the heat she shook her head and turned to continue on, ignoring the hunter. But she stumbled across a rock that was sticking up out of the ground, falling across it and onto her ass. "Ouch!" she exclaimed.

Pariah was ready to let abother arrow fly then Annie fell on her ass. Pulling back he held the bow in one hand, the arrow in the other.

"Come on," he said. Clearly Pariah was a male. His voice carried certain tones. Signaling to Annie Pariah was making sure she was going to follow him.

While the fall made her come off as harmleee, Pariah had the arrow ready to stab her just in case.

"Ouch...Mm, that hurt.." Annie said as she stood up rubbing the sore spot on her ass. She looked over to the man she had noticed in the shadows and he was motioning for her to follow. "Follow him?" she thought to herself.

She did so and followed him. She noticed that he was gripping an arrow. "Oh, I thought you might want this back." She handed him the arrow with the arrowhead pointed back at her so he wouldn't think she was going to harm him.

"I'm Annie -- from the Nubi'croix settlement.. What's your name?" she asked curiously as she followed the man that had just shot at her. She wasn't one to question anyone. Everyone had some good in them -- at least that's what Nephyra has taught her.

Taking the arrow Pariah led Annie into his home. For a place that survived the apocalypse it was in immaculate shape. Sure it had various spare wood, plywood, doors, planks and what have, to act as barricades for the windows and other spots so it looked abandoned. For the most part it was a good home.

The wood floors had some staining, the paint on the walls had some chipping, the entry way and living room off to the left had a baby blue paint, a dark blue sofa that saw some missing fabric on the outside but it was still a very comfy place, the kitchen changed the motiff as it went to black and white tiles. Various tiles were missing. The sink and facets needed polishing. On the stove was a giant black metal soup pot that had some rust on the silver handles, but it looked well used.

"This way," Pariah signaled for the woman to follow. They went down a hallway that resumed the blue motiff. Opening a white door, wooden inside was once a guest room. However, Pariah had ripped open the floor to expose the dirt beneath. Greenery and a lot of it showed itself. He had various supplies in makeshift baskets. Reaching into one he handed Annie a red looking orb.

"Eat this. It's an apple." It wasn't an Apple. It was a tomato. However, since he only had books and pictures, but nothing to actually compare it to the man went with apple to identify the various seeds he tried growing. A lot of what he came across wasn't labeled or mixed into a pouch he had. The man separated the seeds by hand, put them out into rows afterward. The rest were in various stages of growing.

His gaze went to the woman, "Where are you going? Do you need assistance?" Why he was asking this was unknown to Pariah. For some reason he did not want her hurt, and figured due to her falling would have spelled her death if she ran into trouble.

A moment later he moved into another room and came back to her with another sundress. "This is lighter. It'll reflect the sunlight off," then he peeld off the cloth around his head, another sundress, and his featuers were bore to her for the first time. His hardened and untrusting eyes, the beard that told of a face that was in dire need of a shave and his shaggy to long hair that could barely be put into a pony-knob.

Annie continued to follow him into one of the structures. It seemed safe enough. She looked around and noticed that some of these things were of the old time -- some things she remembered Nephyra describing to her. She recognized the pot and looked at the paintings on the wall. They looked like people but were so weather worn, she couldn't even tell anymore.

She walked into this room with the man and noticed all the fruits and foods growing there. "Oh wow -- this is amazing. Did you do this?" she questioned. He thrust the red orb into her hand. She looked at it inquisitively before sniffing it. She pulled out a small dagger and cut into it. The juice from the inside spilled out. She turned to look to him, but he was already gone.

She held the orb up that he had called 'apple' and drank the juice. It was tangy, but had a good taste to it. She wondered if the flesh tasted the same. She put her tongue to it and then her teeth. "Wow!" she exclaimed before he came back with some sort of cloth for her.

"Wear it?" she asked. She looked down to her clothes. "Oh! Change..." She finished the orb, feeling better after eating it and began to change clothes. He was standing there but she didn't mind. She had changed in public before. It was easier, anyway. She pulled off her top and her round breasts flopped gently as she slipped on the fabric over her head.

"It's loose," she said. Then she heard him ask her about why she was out here. "My tribe. We're not thriving like we once were. I've been sent to find a tribe for supplies or at least someone to help us with the Scavengers that are raiding our village and killing my people. Those savage beasts are destroying everything around our region."

She looked down at the stuff that was growing and then back to him. "Are you by yourself? Where is your tribe?" She was curious. Had he really been doing this all on his own? "You seem like someone we once heard about. A hero that knows of the old time and is able to help those that struggle. But, I thought it was just a fire tale. What was his name? I know that Nephie told me a dozen times. Pa---par-par?" She was struggling with the pronunciation as she tried to remember.

Pariah was going to speak more, but then his guest started to change. While she was used to changing in front of others it had been a long time since he saw nudity live before him. Sure he had printed pictures thanks to magazines. Nothing compared to the real thing. So, as Annie changed he watched. Well, stare was more like it. He knew he should have looked away, but couldn't help it.

*

When she was done and asked questions about the dress Pariah was snapped out of his trance. "The dress is suited for warm weather. It'll be better than what you wore. You have two options. We can gather up what I can spare and I can escort you, or I can escort you to wherever you were heading. What I can spare won't be enough to feed a tribe," Pariah laid it all out for her. Where they went was on her. Annie needed his help because she looked trained, but not capable. She looked trained but unpracticed. Circumstances forced Pariah to be practiced.

*

Then the questions about tribes came. Followed shortly by an alleged story, or prophecy, told by her people. Pariah eventually broke the silence, "I am Pariah, but it is not my given name. It was chosen. I'm not the subject of a story. I'm no hero and I do not have a tribe. They banished me." If Annie was going to ask why then he'd answer. If the question went unasked he wasn't going to volunteer the answer.

*

"What are we doing?"

Annie gasped as she looked to him. "You are the one they have spoken of. I cannot believe that." She was also saddened once he said that he had no one. "Why don't you come back with me? I'm certain there is some way you can help us."

Annie knew that he didn't have that much to offer and looked to him with a graceful smile. Her tribe was in need of someone. Considering that it was mostly women now, they needed help, no matter how much she could find. "Oh I understand you don't have much. I thank you for offering me what you had. But what do you say? Will you come with me?"

It was then that the sky darkened and there was a loud explosion nearby. Annie stood up and looked outside. "Oh no," she said. There was a fire nearby and a large boulder looking thing outside. She looked up and saw that there was a giant meteor coming from the sky.

"We have to get out of here!" she exclaimed to him. She had seen these before but that was when she was young. "What do we do?" she asked him.

"I am no one," Pariah said instantly trying to discredit the prophecy about him. Whoever heard of him, this story, or whatever it was, clearly was not in the right state of mind. They were putting faith in someone that learned to distrust people and their ignorance. The whole thing left him jaded. He knew that, and was willing to tell anyone that would have listened to him.

He was about to answer Annie's next few questions, but the crashing noise that echoed cut off his answer. Looking at her, "Any packets put them in a crate with the apples and anything else." In his little garden he had hand baskets gained from grocery stores. The handles made them sought after because they were easier to haul goodies. Work smarter, not harder still applied to the world even after near annihilation.

Frantically the man was putting seed packets into a hand basket he grabbed. A second he put the few gardening books he put out here into it. When both were full he yelled, "MOVE IT!" Frantically he made sure his bow was over his back then left the house. Moving to the left of the building he opened up a lock set of doors. It was an old fashioned storm dweller.

"If the house gets hit it's done for! We might survive if we're in this," he had pulled out the key as the thunderous booms of buildings falling echoed. Glass shattered in the distance and it reminded him of the rain almost. Opening the lock he flung the doors opened, and practically pushed her down a set of stairs that led into a room full of concrete that had a rusty metal shelving unit it. On it were some dry goods, surplus, and jars of a red sauce labeled "Apple Sauce." It was marinara, but the stuff was still good on many things regardless of the name.

Going inside he shut the door and locked it with the padlock on the inside. Moving down to her Pariah said, "Annie. When the meteors stop we will go back to your village. I want to make sure you're safe before we go. You will have to lead us." That was the truth. He pulled her in here in case the house was hit there was a chance the shelter would hold up due to the concrete weight. It was safer than avoiding buildings falling. If they didn't survive at least they would have been together.

The thought comforted him in a disturbing way. Then a second later the man felt bad for Annie because she had a lot of life to live. So, he wanted and hoped that they would make it through this.

Annie did as she was instructed and put numerous things into the basket. She held it close to her as she slung her satchel over her shoulder. She dodged falling debris as she ran into the shelter with Pariah. She nearly tripped but was caught by him. She watched as he closed the door. "If we make it, then I'm sure that Nephyra would love to meet you."

The crashing continued outside as the light Pariah had hanging from the inside shook around. She knew that if she hadn't been her with him, she would already be dead.

Within time, the crashing stopped and everything went quiet.

"Seems we can go now," Annie said as she stood up. She opened the shelter door and walked outside. The sky was dark and hazy as she looked around the horizon. "Oh no.." she exclaimed walking to see the path back to her village.

"There's a giant crevice! We'll never make it back across!" she said falling to her knees with her head held low. "I've failed them..." she cried softly.

Pariah held her a little tighter after each thunderous crash. Sometimes when the glass of a building came down and it sounded like a mixture of falling ice and rain the man held her tighter. Once everything quieted he waited for a moment. As Annie wept he whispered, "We survived. You'll be okay," he said quietly and stroked her back.

When they made it to the outside he saw the giant crater created by a meteor. Annie thought of herself as a failure. Shaking his head Pariah looked to see if the house still stood. His mind was forming a plan. One thing he said though was, "You've only failed if you don't try. We can move around it. The journey will be long, painful, but it can help your people," he said. Deep down he hoped that maybe there would have been a shortcut found eventually. If there wasn't he was still willing to be her escort even if it was going to take a few months to get back.

Strategy was going to come down to a few factors. Right now, he was seeing if his house still stood or not.

Annie looked to the hazy sky as the tears fell onto her hand. She knew that the trek would be hard. Even now, it would be harder to get there and there was a danger looming. She looked around and noticed a faint glow coming from the crevice in the Earth. She stood and walked towards it while Pariah was looking around at the damage.

Nearing the glow, she could hear a low growl. She looked in only to have a feline creature jump at her. She fell backwards on her ass as she looked to it. It was as if it was changing shape right there before her. Its roar echoed loud as it became a finalized mutant.

"Pariah!!" Annie screamed out as the beast stared her down.

*OOC: The Mutant creature was once a mountain lion or something of that sort.*

Pariah was happy to see the creature still standing. He was quick to ready a bow. As the creature was changing the arrow went flying with a "Fwp!" The man was aiming for one of the creature's for eyes. Somehow this giant cat was doubling, maybe tripling in size and gaining other features. His plan was simple: take out the eyes, when it was blinded, aim for the throat when it was blind and then it was leaving the corpse there for the easy meal for anything else.

Whether his arrow hit an eye or somewhere in the skull it was up to skill and fate. Both were going to determine this hit. Plans were going to change real quick if he hit the head, or missed completely. Hopefully the pain, or noise of the arrow, was going to get the creature to turn on him.

"When you know the creature is after me go into the house get backpacks, a big metal pot it'll be large and awkward, and the gas mask if you can find it," he yelled to Annie. The pot was going to be for water purifying. Backpacks to help haul different goods. Gas mask in case the air in certain areas, like closer to the crater.

Annie looked to Pariah as the arrow zoomed past her into the skull of the creature. She was shocked at the blood spurt out of its head onto the ground, disintegrating the ground around the droplets. She got up and ran over to Pariah. "Don't let the blood touch you. It's deadly!" She ran into the house, remembering what he had told her to get.

"Backpack?" she questioned as she looked around. "Like a satchel." She looked around and smiled when she found it. She grabbed it and some other jars that he had there, placing them into the backpack gently as to not break them. She found the large pot and then it was on to the gas mask. She had seen travelers with them, but her village had never had the opportunity to have one.

She looked around once more, moving some wood and stones that had once been the house. She found the gas mask and grabbed it up. She ran back outside and saw the beast had been taken care of. The ground around it was seemingly melting around the corpse. "I found the stuff."

She handed him the backpack so he could see if she had done a good job.

Pariah had to quickly think. Annie was out of the way. This was a very good thing because it meant she wasn't going to be a distraction. Seeing that blood was possible acidic was one thing. Hearing the arrow sizzle after the "schluck" sound with a direction hit to the skull was disheartening. Pariah was going to need a few other weapons on this journey.

Reading another arrow he fired a shot as the creature was readying to pounce. The shot was in the nose. Roaring with pain the creature didn't pounce, but not it was readying itself.

Pulling out another arrow Pariah didn't notch it. Instead he held it in hand. As the mutated animal lunged he moved. Cut into the beast's belly and quickly rolled away. The animal made noises of an animal freshly gutted. As blood and entrails seeped onto the ground there was an accompanying sizzling sound.

By now Annie came out. Inspecting the bags Pariah nodded. Putting the gas mask onto one of the bag's straps he nodded to her. Grabbing what he could of the veggies the man took them inside his home.

Then he went to grab the veggies she had from before. "Follow me," he said heading back into the place. When one of the bags were in the house pariah loaded it with the veggies and seeds.

"I need your backpack," his tone was neutral yet firm. "The veggies are going in the bags. I'm going to find my Machete. It's usually used to get through forestry, debris and obstacles. Sometimes it doubles as a weapon. We'll need it for the other," he was slowly letting Annie in on the plan.

"Find whatever you can. Knock down the boards on some of the windows," Pariah's voice cracked a little on that one. He obviously had some issue with the plan, but gave her a nod that read "it's okay," if she looked back at him.

When the veggies became loaded up he grabbed two more things: the machete and a large five-foot walking stick that was smooth, white and had a few dings upon it. He handed her the large knife.

"We need to go," once they had everything Pariah started out the back. "We need to travel straight ahead for a quarter to half of a mile. We'll use the meteor to guide us like a mountain. My house is going to be bait for scavengers and those creatures. With a lot of luck they'll kill each other. With a little luck the scavengers will be easy meals for the creatures. Either way that was going to be less threats for us. "You lead us to your village going around the rock. I no longer have a home so if your elders will have me, I will be part of your village."

Pariah looked around his home one last time. It represented his past now. As much as he hated to admit it the man didn't want to give up his home. The thing was loyal to him the last couple of years. The structure was a constant to him. Now, it was gone.

Annie was given a look. She was now his present and future, wherever that meant. Fate had a funny sense of humor sometimes.

Annie nodded as she continued to do as he instructed. She placed the veggies into her satchel, carefully placing the softer ones so they wouldn't be ruined. She looked around to find some other knives and blades, wrapping them in cloth and placing them in her satchel as well.

She turned to look to him as she watched him grab the large stick. "What could he be planning with that?" she thought to herself. She followed him outside as she watched him look to his home. She knew that this was a lot to ask of him -- someone she had just met.

"I'm sorry if this is a burden to you," she said with her head lowered. "My village will gladly accept you. You could be of great help to Mistress Nephyra and anyone around the village."

She gave him a reassuring smile as they turned around to begin their trek. She looked to the sky as the haze was beginning to clear. The sun their guide on how far they needed to go west.

They made it to the meteor and Annie turned to the left. "I believe it would be safer this way, but I'm not sure. You've been around this area longer than I and I know I can trust you." Giving him that smile again she waited for his response.

"It's okay. You can just give me a blowjob or something," Pariah joke. It sounded a little clunky as he knew what that meant. However, he was trying to ease the tension. It was harder to ease the tension of a situation when you weren't sure the person would get the joke.

They moved to the left and he said, "We had straight. We should avoid any other mutated creatures. Other scavengers will be hunting. We'll find the first abandoned settlement, secure it, make it look abandoned, and set up there for the night. Resume in the morning," Pariah had a plan. He was blushing in his face, despite the sun-kissed color it had. Being around a woman for the first time in ages was doing strange stuff to him.

"Tell me more about yourself," he asked as they began to walk together.

Annie looked to him and smiled nervously. She wasn't sure what he meant by 'blowjob', but it must be fun by the look of his face. As they continued their trek, she knew that everything was going to be great. The women of the village would fawn over him and there would be many odd jobs for him to do while he was there.

"Pariah...you know you'll be doing a lot of good work among the Nubi'crox. We have been in need of some repairs to our huts especially since the last scavenger attack. The children -- they would need a father figure too, big brother so to speak. They've never had something like that.."

Annie blushed as she looked to the ground, her skin growing hot as she walked with him. "I could use your help as well.." she smiled as she placed her hand on his shoulder, before leaning over against him. She rested her head on his shoulder as they walked.

"I can't say thank you enough for saving me back there. I would have been a goner for certain." She was definitely falling for him, but would he be able to tell that she was?

Pariah noticed the closeness. He could tell that she liked him. Everything he ever read about attraction from books showed in the closeness. Well, there was this thing called "Friendzone," but he considered it to be a notion that someone created out of insecurity. So, he believed Annie was starting to like him.

As they moved together he scanned the area. In the horizon was a small hut. He also knew to the east there were some sewer piping that could have been good for hiding. "A house or a pipe?" he asked.

The talks about being a rolemodel came about, and Pariah wasn't sure what to make of it. He was used to being an odd duckling, then a scorned member of society. This was a one-eighty from his expectations. What he thought people expected of him.

"Finding books that deal with home repair are a vital secondary quest for us. On the way if we cross buildings with books those are going to be key," he knew that a carpenter or home repairman was not in his blood, but it could be taught. Annie just continued to talk about all the help.

Then one detail caused an eyebrow to raise, "How would you need my help?" While he could tell attraction from Annie. Sexual innuendo was lost on him, if that was the kind of help she was referring to. Only one person had been sexual within him in the past from his old tribe. The whole affair was clumsy, short-lived, and he never mated with her.

She could sense that he was feeling uneasy -- but even so, her nervousness had been calmed since she had found him. "We could continue on to find a house, but it might not be clear. We'd have to clear it." She walked with him, staying near but not laying on him as she had been.

She began scanning the horizon and then looking to the sky. "We have a few hours before the sun is down. It sets so much quicker than it did back in the ancient times." She nodded to him when he mentioned books. "Oh those tomes huh? I think we could find something like that in there.. Nephy told me of something called a 'lib-erary'." She knew that she was butchering the word but maybe he understood.

That's when he questioned about how he could help her. Her face grew hot as she looked to the ground while they walked. "I don't know... I believe it was called 'romance'? Unless you wouldn't want me. Then..." she paused for a minute, feeling saddened by the thought of him denying her. "...then that would be okay.."

Pariah noticed that Annie had pulled away. No comment was made of it, but the actions had not gone unnoticed. So, they pressed onward. "Lie-Brar-Ee," he corrected her. How she said it was cute. The man was just trying to help.

That place in the distance was a bit away. Then Annie caught him off completely. If he had been mid-sentence the man would have spat, sputtered and sounded like a stalling car. He stared at her. For the first time during this entire adventure Pariah blushed.

His gaze went to her then went to the ground, "You would need to lead...I'm," the man turned away. "I'm inexperienced. I like you. You seem like good people. I would have repaired your hutt first if it needed repairing. I can give you what you want, but I do not know how," that was the honest answer on that one. He wasn't sure what was going to happen as they approached the small home.

She smiled as she moved her hand over to grasp his. "Oh..well... I'm not experienced either. I've never had anyone. I've still got my virginity," Annie admitted to him. She felt the blush on her face as she walked with him, hand in hand. Her body was reacting to talking about such stuff with a stranger. But to her, Pariah wasn't a stranger. She felt like she had known him for much longer than she had.

As they approached the house, she looked to him. "So, we fix this up. Just so we can stay the night, right?" She walked over to the door of the small house and grabbed the knob. She turned it but the door just fell over.

"Needs a lot of work..unless we can just prop this up here," she said as she picked up the door. She knew how to make noise-makers to put up in case anything were to invade where they were.

Pariah squeezed her hand. The house was small. A simple one bedroom home with a den that was bigger than a two person apartment thanks to an actual dining room, and a kitchen. Although the place wasn't that much bigger.

"You work on the noise makers," he said putting up the door. The man worked quietly. Sure, the fridge had been long since sacked as were the pantries, office and other bits. What was on the floor ranged from scattered papers, broken nicknames, some old discarded wrappers from very long ago.

Luckily the table had been left before. Pariah carried it from the kitchen and pressed it to teh fallen door. He boarded up the windows, quietly, did small and temp tricks to make the house look abandoned as he did with his former home two years ago.

When all was done he moved to Annie from behind. His hands went to her breast caressing them. His hand started to push away the fabric of the sundress she was wearing to expose it. While his motions may have been clumsy she could sense his desire. He was breathing hard. His skin was getting warm to the touch and she felt something press against her. If Annie never felt a hard cock press against her before, she might have still known Pariah wanted her.

Luckily the bedroom wasn't too far away. While the blankets and pillows were gone, the frame, box spring and mattress still remained. Those things were harder to carry and took up space.

Annie nodded as she began to find empty cans and some string to tie them together. She bore the holes into the top with something Nephy once called a 'driver' for a tool and a mallet. She threaded the string through the holes and tied numerous cans onto them before moving on to tie them up.

She worked her way around the perimeter and even put some around the house. She made sure to cover them with grass for the most part that way an enemy wouldn't see it so easily.

She was bent over one area when she felt Pariah come up behind her. She was surprised as she felt him press against her. She had never felt a man push himself against her and it sent chills through her body. She felt him grasp her breasts, drawing a small moan from her throat.

"Pariah?" she questioned as she looked over her shoulder to him. Something was different for sure, but she didn't want to challenge him. "What...what are you doing?" she asked. She experienced at all but wanted more for some reason.

She turned to see he had a bulge in his pants. She looked down at it and smirked.

"That's what Nephy meant by 'husband-bulge," she whispered to herself. She looked back up to his eyes and then she pressed her lips against his. She wasn't sure if this was right, but it felt right to her.
