Using Banking Laws to his advantage he loans out vast sums of money at 50%-65% interest rates. Deforests wet lands to create flooding. Then takes over land when owners can not pay off loans.
Costume Description: Dark Purple Fadora green hat band. Bright Purple suit with extra wide lapel with black trim. Purple puffy knee pants and Knee high Black boots (German SS Boots)
