I've likely made my last post on this thread because I see no reason to keep bumping it and I'd appreciate if you'd do the same. I think I've already found what I was looking for :)

Like my bio says, I'm pretty new to all this but I've lurked a while and wanted to finally join. I'm submissive and initially shy but I can be pretty opinionated. I love learning and trying new things.

I'm a 22 year old student, average height, average build, brown hair, brown eyes. Nothing spectacular but I'm not lacking self-esteem so don't jump to that conclusion. Welcome WBP, glad to see you've gone public!;) there is lots of info posted for all to read at the top of the BDSM Talk forum, and library with great info listed there. You are on the right track, related to gaining the trust factor first. There has to be trust and lots of communication between D/s in order to gain that trust as well as establish boundaries that need to be there! Best of luck and again, welcome!:):)

How come when someone says 'I just want to talk here to begin with' automatically they get bombarded with pm's?

I can only assume either: A) they can't read, B) they can't read or C) they can't read.

I'll start with some questions. What kind of pace are you looking for in regard to learning? Are you looking for a casual friendship that teaches things every once in a while?
