Adam enjoyed Eve's body and company for sure, but part of him really missed Lilith....she was so much more of a wild woman....he hadn't appreciated it fully until he had gotten with Eve....oh, Eve was very sweet, but Lilith....Lilith sucked cock, Eve didn't.....Lilith wanted to try different positions, something that Adam had resisted back then, but now wanted to try.....Eve didn't.

Frankly, Adam was bored....he felt the frustration that he now suspected that Lilith had felt before. He had declined her request to try it with her on top, not always, she liked other positions, but she had wanted to mix things up, while he was afraid that she was trying to take over. Now, however.....well, he loved Eve, she was a part of him, literally....he couldn't begin to give her up, but, oh how he missed his ex....how he missed Lilith....were her wild, wanton ways really so bad? Sure, she had been aggressive and independent at times, but other times she could be so submissive and vulnerable, too....she could boss him around one minute, and then surrender everything to him, gladly, do as he commanded, even let him tie her up the next.....

Eve.....just lay there, taking it, rebuffing even his desire to try licking her pussy, rimming her ass, fucking her ass....spanking...no, nice girls don't do that, right? Sure, he enjoyed the gentle, romantic lovemaking that he had with his wife, but he missed his slutty ex as well.....

...Now the Neanderthals were screwing her, and he doubted that she would want him back, after trying Neanderthal dick. She could outwit them, after all. Then again, they were no equals....Adam wondered if she missed having a man who was smarter than the Neanderthals, one that was harder to dominate and control than those simple Neanderthals. From what he had heard of the Neanderthals, they weren't brutes, just gentle giants and at times a bit naive. Not stupid, just a bit simple.

And they had bigger dicks....would Lilith even consider the wild idea that went through Adam's mind.....would Eve.....a threesome for a lifetime....a man and two women, making love, fucking, mating, whatever, for the rest of their lives....and if Lilith wanted some Neanderthal booty on the side, to have both of the women that he loved....Adam was willing to entertain the idea.....hell, maybe some Neanderthal women might like it with him, too.

Lilith lay in a patch of thick grass, basking in the glory that was the sun. Her full breasts exposed, though her nether regions were covered by a skirt of weaved grass, she took to wearing it when she came to live among the Neanderthals. She found that her exposed hindquarters were a terrible distraction to the simple minded creatures and they needed all their faculties focused on their own survival. Sure she had taught them a few things she learned from her time with Adam in Paradise but out in the real world things didn’t come so easily. Food didn’t just spring up from the ground at their feet. It needed to be foraged and hunted. Fires did not erupt at the setting of the sun and burn until it rose again. It had to be set and tended to keep the animals away. Water had to be gathered. Shelters had to be maintained.

Before she came along they slept on top of each other in a cave with the entrance blocked to protect them through the night. It was filthy. The air fetid and dank. For her, a woman of Paradise that would not do. Now there were mud and grass huts for sleeping, arranged around a fire the men watched over through the night. She taught the women how to char the meat the men brought instead of eating it raw. She taught them other things too, mostly the importance of bathing and the power they held between their thighs. The power she wielded with grace. The power that Adam did not appreciate, the Creator deemed her unworthy of possessing and so she was casted out of Paradise. Well, actually she left to find ones that might be more appreciative of her charms and way of thinking. It took some doing but eventually the Neanderthals welcomed her amongst them.

It had been a few months, perhaps a season or two, and despite what she told herself Lilith was beginning to miss Paradise. And Adam. The life she had with the Neanderthals was pretty good but she missed having conversations with one who understood the words she spoke. She missed his gentle touches and his subtle masculine scent. A week ago she snuck away to peek in on him, assuming that he would be distraught with longing for her. Imagine the shock she felt when she found him snuggled up with another. A blonde no less, with hips too narrow to bare him children and a bosom too small to feed them, she was half the woman Lilith was and yet Adam seemed to be delighted by her presence. She watched them for a time, watched as this new woman, jumped at his every request and kneeled for him whenever he demanded. Eve he had called her but she was no better than the Neanderthal woman before Lilith came along to show them the light. It sickened her to see a woman so unaware of her power. Sickened her more that she was allowed the pleasure of her Adam. But it was exactly what he wanted, a puppy to mount when he pleased, however he pleased.

She returned to her mud hut dejected and found very little pleasure in her horse cocked Neanderthal companion, too consumed with thoughts of Adam. And he was too dimwitted to notice that Lilith called out her ex’s name at she rode him to his climax. Once his seed was spilled she shooed him away to brood in privacy and the brooding continued even now. She had to go back, but it would be on her own terms.

Adam/Eve

Adam was frankly a little bored now, and truth be told, he missed Lilith's more animated style of conversation and often free spirited behavior. He didn't want to have Lilith ride roughshot over him, but Eve was sometimes too passive. A good balance would really be nice. He loved Eve, but truthfully, he loved Lilith as well. He didn't expect to have any feelings left over for Lilith after she was expelled from Eden, but surprise, surprise, right? Now he felt some of her frustration and he didn't think that God, or Jehovah, or whomever he was, caught on to what was really going on with things.

What was he to do? He couldn't speak to Eve about this. She wouldn't understand. She had never missed anyone from her past, because she had no past. He couldn't speak to God about this, because God was unable to feel what a man could feel. He still had the feeling that God wasn't entirely honest with him about some things, too. Eve never dared to question that, but Adam could recall Lilith's doubts, which was probably a major part of God deciding to expel her, come to think of it.

Without realizing it, Adam had actually wandered to the very edge of the Garden, where, as luck would have it, he saw Lilith. His face froze.....he became ashen, and he turned his head to wipe away the tears. He loved Eve well enough, but Lilith had been his first wife, his first love....he hadn't expected to be so sentimental, but here he was, wiping away tears over his feisty ex-wife while his sweet, docile....well, not so docile when it came to doing what he wanted physically...that was where she drew the line...while Eve wandered off with the animals. He could hear her play with the dogs, fetch or something.

Adam just stood there and watched Lilith for a bit, before finally turning away. It was no use. No matter how much he missed her, he had let her go. She would never come back now....couldn't, because God had banished her, and he suspected that it was because Lilith had questioned his ideas about some things. At the time, Adam was annoyed with Lilith, so he had sided with God, but now he would at times rather be cast out than in Eden without Lilith....or without Eve, because, frankly, he loved both of them.

Lilith got the distinct feeling that she was being watched as she lay in the tall grass. It was an odd feeling, all the Neanderthals were out doing one duty or another and the animals large enough to hunt them did so after nightfall. But still she sat up anyway, scanned the horizon of the clearing then slowly turn her head to the trees. Out of the corner of her eye she saw something a paused.

"Adam?" she whispered to herself as she stood, peering into the distance. But like that he was gone. Lilith knew it was him, she could feel it in her bones. Without a thought she ran off after him, shouting his name every few strides. It had to be him. She thought it over and over again. That could mean only one thing as far as she was concerned. He missed her too, maybe more since he'd ventured so far away from the center of Paradise. And without his new bride.

Lilith ran hard and fast until she finally saw him. His back. Shoulders slouched, his head hung low as he took slow deliberate steps. He looked so sad, so lonely. Part of her wanted to be spiteful but she still loved him too much for that. She hadn't wanted to leave him but she could not live such a stagnant lifestyle. Perhaps he was having second thoughts. Only a few paces away she stopped and called out his name one last time, prayed to whoever would listen that he turn around.

"Adam, wait!"

Adam, the First Cro-Magnon

Adam turned, hearing Lilith's voice....and his heart reached his throat again. All that time, and he still loved her like he did back then, as if it were only yesterday. He ached for Lilith, missed her so much. He loved Eve, sure, but it wasn't the same thing. They weren't....equals. She knew it. Adam knew it. She resented it, too, at times, being so dependent on Adam.

Lilith....well, at the time he had thought that she was trying to control him, but now he understood that she just wanted to be partners, companions together. And then God hadn't helped things by insisting on things, pushing Adam, goading him, feeding him suspicions about Lilith, clearly dissatisfied with her, He had chosen to break them up and start over. And now Adam was torn between a woman who was literally ripped from his own body and somehow turned into a person herself.....and was none too bright, and the woman who had loved him for himself even as they quarreled.

"Lilith, is that really you? It's not been that long....but it feels much longer. It feels like an eternity that you've been away from me. Look....can we talk, you and I? I have a lot to say and I think that you might as well," Adam asked her, standing on the edge of Eden.

Lilith stared at him, despite his words and the hot tears that came to her eyes as he spoke them, she could not bring herself to close the distance between them. It wasn't much, a few paces, but he was too close to Paradise and she was unsure of what punishment awaited her if she crossed the invisible line that separated it from the real world.

"I would like that very much," She said quietly as she edged closer to where he stood. Against her better judgement, Lilith reached out to touch his face but her fingers broke the invisible plane He created to keep the real world from encroaching on His Eden. The burn of a thousand fires ran up her arm and she jumped back to escape it. And it enraged her. But her rage was a quiet one, always had been except when Adam fanned her flames. She open her mouth, prepared to unleash on him again but quickly realized he didn't deserve her harsh words. Not all of them anyway. Lilith understood her banishment wasn't entirely his doing and it was clear to her that he missed her as much as she missed him.

"If it's a private talk you wish then you must come with me... beyond the reach of His glare. I would show you a place where we can be alone. Just you and I... away from His judgement. Not even the Neanderthals know of it. Granted because I haven't shown them. It's where I go when I grow tired of their endless questions and adoration but I would share it with you. My Adam," She said with a gentle smile. His name on her lips bringing memories of the good times they spent together. Lilith held his gaze so she took a step back and undid the ties that secured the skirt of weaved grass at her hips to pull it off. With another word, she turned and headed in the direction of her secret hot spring. She didn't even look to see if Adam followed, if he didn't then she would want to be alone anyway.

Adam, the First Cro-Magnon

Adam couldn't help it. He had to follow Lilith and find the place. Though he was very afraid that he would be harmed if he crossed the invisible boundary, he wasn't. It was apparently one closed from the outside, not the inside. He didn't know if God could see this or know, but at this point, it didn't matter. He had unfinished business with Lilith.

At the time before, he thought that she was mad to question God's plan, but then he felt increasingly uneasy about her banishment once she was gone....and unhappy. If God knew about this, why had He expelled Lilith? What purpose could that have achieved? Eve pleased him, but she didn't....fulfill him. He was still alone somehow. He knew that she was really just a part of himself separated into a new body....and not a really feminine body at that for a woman....no surprises, given that she was formed from Adam's rib.

Once he reached where Lilith wanted to show him, he told her the first thing on his mind, "Lilith....I'm beginning to think that all of those ideas that God persuaded me about you were wrong. He told me that you were trying to control me, to lord it over me, to turn me into a pet or something....that you didn't really want to be my equal. He said that men and women can't be equals. That one or the other must serve the other. But....without that equality, what I have with Eve is not enough. I hate to hurt her, because she's a part of me, but she isn't enough.

"She's everything that God said that you should have been, but it's not what He claimed it would be. It doesn't make me happy to be constantly smarter and more assertive than her....she's sweet, but stubbornly mindless. How are you doing with the Neanderthals?"

Lilith couldn't help the smile that came to her lips as Adam told her of his Eve. She had seen as much but she kept it to herself, not wanting to seem the bitter outsider. Instead she listened to the voice she had missed so much. Looked at the face she had loved, and still she smiled.

"Much of the same I'm afraid though they are a bit more willing to her my ideas than you were," she said with a smirk as she sat down on the edge of the steaming pool. Slowly Lilith eased her feet in and motioned for Adam to sit beside her. "If nothing else they are an eager lot, hardworking and easy to please but I do miss the sound of words in the air...even if they were a bit harsh at times. At any rate, my time with them has not been all bad once they learned to shower and the men learned that I was not some object for them to pass around. We have come to an understanding, the Neanderthals and I. It works."

Lilith took a moment to collect her thoughts as she swirled her feet causing ripples in the pool. He had been so honest with his feelings and she though Adam deserved the same in return. After a long deep breath, she turned to him and said, "I have missed you Adam, so much it hurts. At first I was just angry, too angry to realize it to be honest. I couldn't understand how you could believe such things of me. I would never want to be in control of you, did I not bend for you enough. I simply wished to be heard, even when my opinion differed from yours. He is right. We can not be equals, not all the time anyway. Circumstances will arise when one would need follow the other, that is the way of partnership Adam and that is all I wished for us to be. Partners. I would never wish to be above you, nor would I allow myself be treated as if my place were beneath you...though I did love to be under you," she admitted with a giggle. It was true. Adam was the best she had ever had. The Neanderthals may have been bigger and slightly more aggressive, they could not know her body the way that Adam had. Their brains could not comprehend the need for gentleness and power all at once.

"And I still love you Adam," she said quietly, unable to look at him as she spoke the words, but he had to know the truth. He deserved to know. "I will always love the man who was my first, even if he loves another. There will always be a place for you in my world."

"I think....I think that I really did make a mistake with you, Lilith. Yet, having done so, I cannot abandon Eve. She's a part of me and I have made a commitment to her. I do not wish to repeat my mistake with her that I made with you. Yet now I understand your frustration much better.

"What sort of truce would you be open to embracing? Meeting here and talking things over now and then when we get lonely? Did you want to explore something else....there is just no precedent for this, I think. This is wide open, I think. If you could share me...I could share you, but I don't know what Eve would say, how she would handle it," Adam felt some empathy for his new wife, yet he missed Lilith so much now.

He looked closely at Lilith, wondering if she felt the same extent of regret and pain that he did, the same torn feeling, the same dilemma, as he loved two women now. She had more than one man, but he could tell she didn't love them.....he only had one woman now, but he loved another as well as his wife.
