" I got into a tweet fight with the French ambassador who denied that there are any such things as no-go zones, except on the French official website it says there are and it actually has a map of them…."

[A]nd in Britain, it's not just no-go zones, there are actual cities like Birmingham that are totally Muslim where non-Muslims just simply don't go in. And parts of London, there are actually Muslim religious police that actually beat and actually wound seriously anyone who doesn't dress according to Muslim, religious Muslim attire.

Emerson with Judge Pirro: No-Go Islamic Zones and Western Self-Denial
by Steven Emerson
Interview on Fox News
January 11, 2015

As of today, is a video clip in the link of two people saying absurd things about Europe and the UK, with a complete lack of a sense of humor.
(Will the video clip and the written evidence of what was said, be removed, soon ?)

"Muslim religious police" is not the same thing as "police".

I mention this for the benefit of those who don't understand what they read.

A little egg on Steven Emerson's face, is the price of attention whoring for FOX TV-

Steven Emerson's comments about Birmingham and London led to many reacting on hashtag #FoxNewsFacts.

Some accused him on his investigative website of "speaking nonsense" and called his claims "utter rubbish".

Emerson, who founded a group called The Investigative Project on Terrorism, was giving his perspective on the terror attacks in France to Fox presenter Jeanine Pirro.

A witness called to testify to at least one Congressional committee,
(Emerson, who first became known for his terrorism “expertise” after he concluded that the Oklahoma City Bombing was definitely done by a Saudi-based jihadist group – right up until the moment police caught right-wing white American, Timothy McVeigh. http://www.addictinginfo.org/2015/0...mingham-uk-is-totally-muslim-caliphate-video/)

Emerson later apologised and has offered to make a donation to Birmingham Children's Hospital.

"I have clearly made a terrible error for which I am deeply sorry. My comments about Birmingham were totally in error."

He said he would be issuing an apology on his website for "this comment about the beautiful city of Birmingham".

"I do not intend to justify or mitigate my mistake by stating that I had relied on other sources because I should have been much more careful.

"There was no excuse for making this mistake and I owe an apology to every resident of Birmingham."

I heard that they're going to change the name to Birmingnoham.

Some of this thread might be exaggerated, but there are Muslim gangs enforcing Sharia in places where it is not the law.

Not 'enforcing' but 'trying to enforce as a publicity stunt'.

And where they try to do it, they are arrested and/or condemned by their local mosque.

Well said Mr O. They are just attention seeking clowns and cowards as they usually operate in gangs so they outnumber their prey. If they saw a group of Millwall fans out for a pint you wouldn't see them for dust.

Sounds like certain places in New York (Brooklyn specifically). There are communities of Hasidic and Ultra Orthodox Jews who have turned city blocks into their own community.

On Saturday they put up a string around the block so they can go outside and if you're a woman wearing a short skirt or dress, you may very well be accosted and berated.

They've been known to go after stores which have up posters or mannequins they consider indecent as well, occasionally damaging them and even going to court to prevent the person from having up the displays.

Some of the #FoxNewsFacts on Twitter are very funny, it's like reading some of the more overheated rhetoric served up here by our wingnut "Marines".

Some of them ARE Millwall fans.

They're called Eruvim, and those strings are actually walls in the imagination of YHWH.

They exist in London too, even if the strings are 'virtual' strings. They are imaginary strings defining imaginary walls. With sufficient faith anything is possible. They are there to allow the Jewish community some limited freedom within that area. They have no meaning whatever to those who are not practising Jews, nor is there any enforcement on non-Jews.

What about the purported 750+ "no go zones" in France? Are they for real or not?

No. They are not real. They are areas where there are significant Muslim communities and deprivation as a result of French government policy. But they are not 'no-go' areas.

You can say they are trying to enforce their laws but, when a woman is afraid to go out in a short skirt or people are afraid to open bars or liquor stores, then you have to say they are succeeding.

There have always been places in America where certain kinds of businesses would get run out of the neighborhood. "Community standards," y'know.

I don't think so, the page separates 416 Urban Renewal Zones (ZRU) among 751 sensitive urban areas

Almost nobody believes what you're saying Ogg, it's all over the news about how these areas are strictly Muslim. Here's another link:

2011 Update: Scotland Yard and local Muslims are organizing a radical Islamist effort to establish sharia micronations in London. . . .

Not much point in reading further, is there?
