U.S. to Beef up Border Security

(CNSNews.com) – According to the Federal Budget Opportunities website, the State Department is spending $357,000 on Sport Utility Vehicles to beef up security on Ukraine’s border.
The website, fedbizopps.gov, keeps a running tally on contracts and acquisitions by the federal government.

On Friday at 5:55 a.m., a notice was posted announcing that $357,000 was awarded to a Ukrainian company for vehicles to be used by Ukraine’s State Border Guard Service.

The notice does not say how many vehicles will be purchased with the funds, although the title of the announcement states “Sport Utility Vehicles,” which implies more than one vehicle will be paid for by the federal agency.

The contract was conducted through the U.S. Regional Procurement Support Office in Frankfurt, Germany, according to the notice.

CNSNews.com asked the State Department a series of questions, and the agency referred the questions to the U.S. consulate in Frankfurt. The U.S. consulate in Frankfurt referred the questions back to the State Department.

The following questions that were not answered by the federal government or its consulate in Germany were:

1. What is the source of this funding?

2. How many vehicles are being purchased?

3. What are the vehicles going to be used for?

4. Why is the State Department spending taxpayer money to secure a foreign border?

FEDS WARN NEW 'SURGE' OF ILLEGALS ON WAY...

As President Obama readies a post-election immigration plan expected to clear a path for citizenship for millions of illegals, his immigration czar on Tuesday said that the border is bracing for another surge of undocumented children, raising this year’s wave across the southern border to some 130,000.

DHS Soliciting Bids For Up To 34 Million ID Cards for Illegals

The cat is out of the bag. Just because Obama has delayed any executive actions on amnesty until after the mid-term elections, it does not mean that amnesty is not going to happen.

Earlier this month the Department of Homeland Security issued a preliminary draft solicitation and gave notice of an official solicitation that is forthcoming. The draft estimates the need for at least 4 million cards per year (for five years) and states that the maximum number of cards should not surpass 34 million.

34 million?

All I can say is WOW.

USCIS (U.S. Citizen and Immigration Services) is responsible for the solicitation and operates under the umbrella of the Department of Homeland Security.

USCIS Contracting will be posting a solicitation for the requirement of Card Stock used by the USCIS Document Management Division. The objective of this procurement is to provide card consumables for the Document Management Division (DMD) that will be used to produce Permanent Resident Cards (PRC) and Employment Authorization Documentation (EAD) cards. The requirement is for an estimated 4 million cards annually with the potential to buy as many as 34 million cards total. The ordering periods for this requirement shall be for a total of five (5) years. This is a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) supply purchase for commercial items, utilizing North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 325211 and Product / Service Code (PSC) 9330. This requirement is for the acquisition of 100% polycarbonate solid body card stock with Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) and holographic images embedded within the card construction substrate layers, card design service, and storage.

The solicitation will be posted at this FedBidOpps webpage.

As noted, the purpose of the cards is two-fold: permanent residency and authorization for employment. The fact that the labor force participation rate is the lowest it has been in 36 years didn’t seem to factor into this decision. No one is promising jobs, just the right to have a job if you can find one. Good luck with that! Or maybe I should say, “Buena suerte con eso!”

Jonathan Strong reports for Breitbart:

Despite no official action from the president ahead of the election, the Obama administration has quietly begun preparing to issue millions of work authorization permits, suggesting the implementation of a large-scale executive amnesty may have already begun.

Unnoticed until now, a draft solicitation for bids issued by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) Oct. 6 says potential vendors must be capable of handling a “surge” scenario of 9 million id cards in one year “to support possible future immigration reform initiative requirements.”

The request for proposals says the agency will need a minimum of four million cards per year. In the “surge,” scenario in 2016, the agency would need an additional five million cards – more than double the baseline annual amount for a total of 9 million.

“The guaranteed minimum for each ordering period is 4,000,000 cards. The estimated maximum for the entire contract is 34,000,000 cards,” the document says.

The agency is buying the materials need to construct both Permanent Residency Cards (PRC), commonly known as green cards, as well as Employment Authorization Documentation (EAD) cards which have been used to implement President Obama’s “Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals” (DACA) program. The RFP does not specify how many of each type of card would be issued.

I am unsure why the Obama Administration is even trying to cover their tracks at this point. Anyone who is awake already knows what is coming. It’s quite obvious.

Those that aren’t awake don’t tend to visit websites like this one unless it is to tell our authors and readers how stupid they are. The fact that Obama is still in office pretty well proves how stupid we all are.

What do you do when the evil forces begin to taunt and laugh at you?

I’m not really sure but does anyone know who was eliminated from The Biggest Loser this week?

Wake up America. There is no more time for apathy.
