Whatever you do, don't think the surgery cures all the problems with your weight. It's not the final answer. Be sure to learn about what a proper diet means. People can and have gained back all the weight loss because they think "I had the surgery it's ok". You should never have to diet again. You should however know exactly what a proper diet is.
