First no reputable professional in the soft science that is pyschology makes a diagnosis without having actually interacted with the "patient."
You can get a media whore to say anything.
That said. He is a lame duck president. He has nothing but his legacy to work for. He is doing a horrible job of that.
His handlers no longer have much influence on him, so what you are seeing is the man, unfiltered.
He is a raging narcissist, and a meglomaniac. Most politicians are.

How about Hitler or Stalin or the clowns in North Korea and Iran? It takes me about 15 minutes to diagnose anyone, once I see how they interact with the world. All it takes is one sample to acquire the target. Obama is a deluded sociopath, and insane in the sense that he has no appreciation for the consequences of his actions, even when he knows what the results will be.
