Her mons, her noh, her ova, and her qi:
Mark each, and see them fill your foursquare board
With fourscore words, fast guaranteeing she
Will hie and fie her way to sweet reward.

And lo, behold the ample rack that swells
The tally with her every trebled tile,
While lesser consonants, like fresh new hells,
All damn your hopes into a hopeless pile.

But know that with each match begins anew
A game you cannot win, however played,
And letters, numbers no more hold the clue;
The best-laid words are those that go unlaid.
 
Wondering which Sonnet form this is, because there are so many to choose from that are different from the more usual English, Spenserian or Italian . Tzara probably knows. I would have said it had more of the form of a Ballad.
