Something in the Weed…
Something has changed in the weed that usually gets passed around at Golden State University, and no one is sure why or how. All they know is that sometimes, the stuff is having an incredible effect on its users: they go full on Reefer Madness while high on the stuff. It’s a potent drug, ripe for abuse. Simultaneously a stimulant, a euphoric, a psychedelic, and an agent of intense sexual arousal. While no one has gotten hurt while high on the stuff, it has definitely gained a reputation of turning boring parties into wild sex-fests and inspiring a lot of random hookups and one-night stands in the dorms.

Ideas: two typically reserved, nerdy types who get dragged along to a party and wind up getting coerced into smoking the stuff
The guy who is adding the extra stuff to the weed and selling it for kicks, vs a female aspiring investigative journalist who tries it and gets out of control
