PSA (Poetry Service Announcement)

If you're posting in a challenge thread for the first time please take a moment to read the first post, where the rules for the challenge are laid out. Some threads are "poems only" at the request of the thread starter. For example, this includes the thread 30 Poems In 30 Days. Other challenge threads are more open to feedback and chit chat. If you want to comment on a poem in a "poem only" thread you can do so in the General Commentary Thread or the To Keep The Review Thread Clean thread. But reading that first post in a challenge thread will clue you in!

Also, please don't quote another poet's entire poem unless they first give you permission to do so. A line or two (or a link to the post) will id it sufficiently. Some folks intend to publish their poems elsewhere eventually and would rather they not be shared online without their permission.

Thanks for understanding and also for keeping the focus on poetry. It's our little oasis here.
