Elliot Rodger forced to be a voyeur forever in hell

He seems like the perfect candidate for a cuckold/denial/humiliation story, and I think the divine punishment/eternity aspect would be a nice twist. After all, he did write this: “I eventually grew to hate him after I heard him having sex with my sister. I arrived at the house one day, my mother being at work, and heard the sounds of Samuel plunging his penis into my sister’s vagina through her closed room door, along with my sister’s moans. I stood there and listened to it all.”

Maybe he'd be forced to watch people on earth fucking, perhaps even people he knew and envied in real life? Maybe when he wakes up after dying he's forced back in time and space to this time his sister's boyfriend fucked her, and he can't close his vision and has to see the penis plunging into the vagina up close as a ghost who can't even touch himself?

I feel like it might go over better to just use a generic sinner rather than an actual real-life murderer...
