Just a simple typo

Right click on the image... then click on properties. From there highlight the URL and right click and select copy.

Now go to control panel as you have before. In the signature area type this... <img src=" then paste the url that you'd copied, and then type "> and that should do it.

Help I cant figure out how everyone makes a link to their stories in the sig line?????? I keep trying but its not working

Does anyone have a clue why I can't do anything except reply to existing posts?

If the "New Thread" button doesn't work for you but the "post reply" button does, then I have no clue as to why that might be.

Now if I can just stay logged on for the next bit I'll be a happy Man

You'll get logged out if you don't request a page from Lit at least once every ten minutes.

You can go to your user CP and edit Profile to set your account to "Browse with cookies" and "Automatically log in" to yes. With those set, you won't get logged out although your last read indicators will still reset if you don't show some activity every ten to fifteen minutes.

Ok, thanks for that. I'm starting to think that I'm missing somthing basic, you know "finger trouble!" For instance I I've just tried to down load Raquel's mpeg and got the same vB error message, same as before. and when I type in my name and password it rejects it and asks me to register.

Stange Eh?

Still smilin though!
