Ugh, so went out to clear a pathway through the snow to the barn in order to bring in more firewood...bad idea.

Oh crap this panic attack is the worst. My nerves are so shot I cannot bare being around anyone. My cousin is coming to visit I should meet her because I do like her. But I am too freaked to deal with discomfiture of my female presence as opposed to what used to be male. I just need to make the nerves stop, I do not know how. I tried meditating earlier and playing music. I am going to lie down and try again. I cannot stand it.
