Can't create account

I have created a username in the stories section but cannot complete the profile. It seems the captcha needed is not the same as the one on the screen. I know this as a fact. One captcha was shown so I decided to "listen". They were not the same as in not alike. For instance...on the screen it might be "kc5YTWq"...the listen one might be "l9UDx2A". Same screen two different captcha(s).

It's very difficult to prove a user in not a robot when the captcha is not the same as the one shown. As a matter of fact, it's impossible.
