Story about Ifrit in Modern Times

I read this story a while ago (probably 6-7 years now). It's about a revelation of magic creatures and the main character is a woman who works (I think) for the security at the hotel where this revelation is taking place. The male protagonist is an ifrit and I think his best friend is a vampire.

I don't remember much else other than that the mating ceremony took place in a volcano... Any help is appreciated
