Correct, you should now have an option to upload an avatar.

The tricky part is usually getting a pic under the 15k file size limit. I recommend using some free software; Easy Thumbnails which will resize a picture down in both pixel dimensions (150x150) and make the file size small. Works great.

I see you put up an AV photo. But just for future reference, I use a photo editor called Irfanview, http://www.irfanview.com. It's free, easy to use and very useful for re-sizing photos.
