got my power back tonight woohooo
my place wasn't hurt,but the neighbor lost a roof so im very lucky...where I am we only had 70 mph winds with gust at times over 100 was a bit scary

Well we actually had a few deaths coming from storm damage. and one of the major highways lost 2 lanes of the road into the gourge its just now back open to one lane each direction. They say it may be up to 2 years before they get that fixed.bamagirl said:

I work for FEMA sometimes when they need contractors to help with clean up situations. I drive a bus that hauls crews around to where ever they need transported to. and I'm not yst sure what part of the state I'll be headed to but I'm guessing the Gulf shores area or somewhere close to that. I just got put on stand by yesterday so I'm waiting on the call right now to head out.bamagirl said:
