Open mouth gag for deepthroat

My sub and I are looking for one which has practical uses. Actual rings capable of accommodating my girth seem too large for my subs jaw - any suggestions on specific products that work but won't cause excessive discomfort ?

Medical equipment stretcher might work but would suggest that your sub get use to a little discomfort in order to remain a sub.
