I don't care what you and hubby call it, but 2 ft.??? Now you really are bragging!!!! :D

("peppermint candy cane" is a cute name for it though! )

lmao, if it was 2ft i'd be the first to admit that i would probably run away!

Background of my image was a cake parade with flag poles made of peppermint candy canes and flags made of snowflakes :D But there were naked people carrying the cakes! :D

Dill relish rules...everytime i walk past the fridge, i get a spoon and put a little on the end of it, and savour it...mmmmmm :D

I "relish" my "dil" too, but I keep mine in my night table. Doesn't your's feel cold?

ETA: Don't forget to floss! :D

So glad to see Vana back.

On a side note, it's a toss-up between her and Grace on who has the sexier AV. They are both doing well in that category.

Everyone is "filling in the corners" as they would say in the Shire... very comfy company... :D

Just because I need it right now.

DEAR EDITOR: I am 8 years old. "Some of my little friends say there is no Santa Claus. "Papa says, 'If you see it in THE SUN it's so.' "Please tell me the truth; is there a Santa Claus? "VIRGINIA O'HANLON. "115 WEST NINETY-FIFTH STREET." - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -

VIRGINIA, your little friends are wrong. They have been affected by the skepticism of a skeptical age. They do not believe except [what] they see. They think that nothing can be which is not comprehensible by their little minds. All minds, Virginia, whether they be men's or children's, are little. In this great universe of ours man is a mere insect, an ant, in his intellect, as compared with the boundless world about him, as measured by the intelligence capable of grasping the whole of truth and knowledge. Yes, VIRGINIA, there is a Santa Claus. He exists as certainly as love and generosity and devotion exist, and you know that they abound and give to your life its highest beauty and joy. Alas! how dreary would be the world if there were no Santa Claus. It would be as dreary as if there were no VIRGINIAS. There would be no childlike faith then, no poetry, no romance to make tolerable this existence. We should have no enjoyment, except in sense and sight. The eternal light with which childhood fills the world would be extinguished. Not believe in Santa Claus! You might as well not believe in fairies! You might get your papa to hire men to watch in all the chimneys on Christmas Eve to catch Santa Claus, but even if they did not see Santa Claus coming down, what would that prove? Nobody sees Santa Claus, but that is no sign that there is no Santa Claus. The most real things in the world are those that neither children nor men can see. Did you ever see fairies dancing on the lawn? Of course not, but that's no proof that they are not there. Nobody can conceive or imagine all the wonders there are unseen and unseeable in the world. You may tear apart the baby's rattle and see what makes the noise inside, but there is a veil covering the unseen world which not the strongest man, nor even the united strength of all the strongest men that ever lived, could tear apart. Only faith, fancy, poetry, love, romance, can push aside that curtain and view and picture the supernal beauty and glory beyond. Is it all real? Ah, VIRGINIA, in all this world there is nothing else real and abiding. No Santa Claus! Thank God! he lives, and he lives forever. A thousand years from now, Virginia, nay, ten times ten thousand years from now, he will continue to make glad the heart of childhood.

All right already.

1. I'm stupid and waste too much of his precious time needing it explained to me. It's my fault. I geddit.

2. Will you kids PLEASE just listen to me once? Is it really too much to ask?

3. So the kit mob screwed us around again and now we have to pay for the delivery screwup? Great. Just fucking great.

4. When will this fucking weather just make up its bloody mind to act like late spring early summer and quit with this wet windy bullshit??

I found some Misty hairs on the slacks she sent me, and so i've collected them and put them safely in the box my perfume set came in. I'm intrigued by the difference in thickness between mine and hers, the extremes of colour and just that it's such a physical piece of her...i wanted to make sure i kept it.

I cant wait till we can do all the little things together, the things many couples take for granted...some people don't deserve to be near their partners, whilst others of us have to endure an ocean...

We ate and ate and ate and drank (wine) and drank (more wine) and drank (Choya!) and watched Iron Man and exchanged gifts.

Unfortunately, Jammies has to depart in the morning 'cause her dog sitter had to go to the hospital. :( However, the rest of us will enjoy the day. More movies tomorrow night ... leftovers, of course, and Jell-O shots.

Jammies is now sleeping. Mal & ABG have sucked Bel into a new (to him) RPG. Imp is going to bed.

G'night, sexy friends.

That is SO sweet! ~ HUGS!
