I’m curious - has anyone had experience with escorts? A fantasy of mine is to place an ad and see what sort of interest it might generate. If anyone would like to share their experiences, either as an escort or using an escort service, I’m all ears!

I'm not an escort, but I know someone who is. She doesn't place any kind of ads though. I think she knows a woman who arranges those kind of things for her. She must be making good money doing that because she recently moved out of her apartment and now lives in Atlantic City. I don't really know anything more than that, though.

Back in college my roommate and I used to prank escort services. This was back when they listed their ads in the back of those free weekly newspaper circulars.

Once some dude hopped on the line and threatened to kill us. I assume he was some sort of pimp/enforcer.

That's pretty much the only escort anecdote I have.

a different view on whores

I live in a country where we don't have to call them "escorts". Prostitution is legal almost everywhere in Europe, and I have several happy recollections in my mind, about my most pleasant experiences with whores. Not all that many really pleasant ones, most of them unpleasant instead, but there were three really great times I had, starting when I had just turned 20.

In fact I find the profession of a whore a lot more respectable than what many women do, who call themselves "wives", but who do nothing but prostitute themselves, in return for a life in relative comfort.

I wish society could be more accepting of prostitution. There is really skill and talent involved in good sex. In the USA we cherish sexually attractive females as if they were some kind of national treasure. But then we turn around and decide that to put a price on that treasure is somehow unethical or immoral. So, instead most prostitutes are cold hearted women who deeply hate men but are willing to take their money, in a strange revenge sort of way it makes them feel powerful. Most of the people I know who have used prostitutes are pretty desperate sexually. To get what you want out of a prostitute would require skill in communicating with other humans, the same skill required to have a real relationship outside of prostitution. So the prostitute takes advantage of the situation, she sees her only job as driving to ejaculation as quickly as possible with the least amount of work. Not a very loving situation. Occasionally, a guy who can communicate will get what he really wants. But that is the exception. Most take any contact with a female resulting in ejaculation as sex, pathetic souls.

What's pathetic about this is that the same people who condemn prostitution, watch and support porn. So for them, it's okay for a woman to get paid to have sex with someone for a porn video, but it's not okay for a woman to get paid to have sex with someone in private. Yeah, okay

I'm not judging either one though. I think a woman has the right to do whatever she want with her body, and no one has the right to tell her different. I just don't understand how prostitution is illegal, but porn isn't. It's the same thing.

My post was lighthearted and grounded fully in fantasy but you shed light on an important and serious issue. For some women, it isn’t a choice - it’s a viable way to support themselves and/or their families. Not only are there inherent dangers and risks with the profession but also the societal and legal pressures as well. Thank you for your post.

OK, well it was a fairly well known firm (i.e. you saw their adverts in hotel literature) and when a friend told me they were looking for English girls I decided it couldn't hurt to see what it was all about.
