I want to put flowers, trees, plants cascading out over the fence, sun beds, a huge old beaten-up Italian table with plenty of room for all my dear friends, various old & found & new & fancy & wobbly chairs… I want there to be kids playing around - snorkelling perhaps… Bamboo mats covering parts of the floor… I want acoustic guitars lying around… and a ukulele… I want large paintings high up on the walls… I want a bonfire. A burning Oil can. A fancy grill. An outdoor stone oven. I want everyone to feel welcome. You can come too, my friend. Come and read your book while secretly watching life passing by."
