Fibonacci

At
times
I think
you were made
of music, a song
that perpetuated itself
and then I realize--
yes you are
music
for
me.

Oh
I
hi-jack
Angeline's
Fibonacci thread
and she avoids Sestinas like
the plague, she'll frown down from above
and smite terrible
curses to
fizzle
my
muse.

Smite
your
muse? What
fun is that?
I shall smile sweetly
and suggest you write 100
sestinas tonight!
And please, do
it in
good
health. :D

Which
Way
You go
Doesn't matter
When you reach the fork
Which ever path you choose, dig in
Feast today famine
Tomorrow
Eat while
You
Can

I want to try one that goes up to eight and then back down to one. Where is everyone? Get in here and try this you slackers!

My birthday is a Fibonacci sequence. ( 1123) I have always loved playing with numbers. Cool idea Sis :)

Love
means
feeling
all his pain
in my heart, but can't
do anything to assuage it.
Darling, if I could I'd take it
all, replaced with love,
strong enough
to cure
all
ills.

I
will
not stop
chug chug chug
I'm a little train
climbing mountains once so daunting
enjoying the view
singing low
I know
I
can

will
I
I will
over and over
forever and today
love your love, however long I live

Not a double, but I wanted it to be read forward and back, eh, still needs work.

binary non-sense

oh
maths
bedamned
for coffee
is the root of all
numbers and the meaning of life
or at the hindmost
makes sense of
senseless
one's
too's

Ennui

Dull,
grey,
sameness
day to day
every repetetive hour that passes
adds up to
nothing more
than
Life.

Undertow by Fflow

I know I'm late to the party, but I was feeling inspired:

In
the
harbor,
undertow
claims too many lives.
Lost at sea, my heart feels bouyant.
I don't feel the cold,
and slowly
sinking,
I
drown.

(since many of the great mathmen of the past were philosophers)
Only Leibniz, Descartes and Pascal, that's all. Some people list Russel, but if he was a mathematician he was a vey weak one (but critical of Euclid :) :) :)). Actually, many mathematicians have philosophy in their contempt. The Great Gauss, the prince of mathematicians, said:

When a philosopher says something that is true then it is trivial. When he says something that is not trivial then it is false.

When a poet says something...it is bullshit
When a poet says something is true...he should be impaled

I says that, I'm not a poet, Senna said that

One is the loneliest number, some songwriter said that, not a mathematician. Songwriters have girlfriends, more than mathematicians - do the math.

One is the loneliest number
Two we can lonely together
Three is an unstable number, someone will get hurt
And four has a tendency to revert back to two

So pi as in pi in the sky, wigglin if you please

Merry Xmas Senna

Aren't you glad I left?

A bit late for me to comment, and write, but bumping to remind me to do both. :)

The Prez

One
miss-
I slip
funky riffs.
Three, mister, makes five.
Hip, a cool tone, like Lester Young.
Then, you've begun to
understand.
Jazz it,
up
man.

What ?

What
can
I say?
That was all
the meaning hidden
in those lovely summer sunsets
when the sea becoming purple never revealing,
what can follow in the evenings,
what of hopes and fears,
what of love,
of you,
what?
