New Poem Recommendations

Tod' s " I worry boy " is worth a look & comments even though most frequenters of the PFD thread has probably already seen the same here !

Benedict's The Wrong Hole is an offering where Alfred Lord Tennyson 's Charge of the Light Brigade collides with Anal Sex to produce a funny , humorous parody .....

Ashesh9's '...non-feelingness' is a great poem, in my opinion, on wanting to feel less. I think he pulled it off in a manner that is tough to beat, and is certainly worth the read. I know it made me stop to read it few times, and I'll be going back to it again a few more, at the least.

Seconded ash

Deftly handled erotica, light trigger words more of a true love story with a gentle emotional conclusion. Beautifully rendered the simple statements really set the imagination on a kaelaedoscope run of shifting imagery. Ending in a beautifying erotic twist.

Well done

tazz317 put one up recently that I just saw. 'The Outcome'. Stark, lean, aggressive, and driving. The first line like a fishhook aimed at the brain. It's definitely worth the read, in my opinion. Whatever anyone here may think about tazz (I know that there are some varying opinions), I think he put together a poem worth the reading here. Give it a look.

I thought susansnow's "In the Style of Bukowski"

https://www.literotica.com/p/in-the-style-of-bukowski

and WillotheWisp's "Untitled"

https://www.literotica.com/p/untitled-139

were both well written.

Thanks Green, although in the case of mine, I'm not sure I agree. That, and the others in the clump that I recently submitted were more "doodles" then poems; I didn't actually mean for anyone to see them. But after that fourth glass of wine one evening, it seemed like a good idea! I think I have to drink less. Or more. But again, thank you.

And I second your rec on susansnow's work.

More.

It's a bit unpolished, but definately worth recommending.

i'm very glad you had that fourth glass

i found it a very accessible, cohesive, well-made piece, with that final line a shiver of 'is this all there is?'
