Luna if you are in a town with a Krogers Grocery store... in the pharmacy there is a Kroger brand nasal spray that is "compared to" 4 way nasal spray that stuff works great for me since 4 way Nasal spray is currently off the market due to the plant that makes it going through renovations. Gotta love chronic sinusitus.
