Run 3 times a week, cycle at least twice a week, swim at least twice a week, and lift or do yoga twice a week
i just started p90x last week. dont really like to run but i do ride my bike when the weather permits.

Cycling on the trainer blows. I get do bored and my butt hurts so much more than when I ride outside

yeah cycling on a trainer is like running on a treadmill. so what did you wear to work today.
