I envy you New Englanders for certain things, clam chowder and lobsters. I work with someone from Maine and every time she goes back home for a visit, I jokingly beg her to take me with her. ;)
 
This thread is making me hungry but it's a good two hours until dinner.
 
I finally got my lips on some Van Winkles Bourbon.
I couldn't afford the Pappy Van Winkles, it was like $275 an oz!!!

But the bourbon I drank, that didn't get the Pappy designation, was phenomenal, so far beyond any bourbon that has ever hit my tongue. I now know what a proper sipping bourbon tastes like.

Last night's D&D board game with white chocolate martins. (I do not recommend them as they are extremely sweet.)

We've never played the board game before, it was neat.
I won the game and the 5 yr old got second place.

These were all separate lunch/dinner portion leftovers from the previous day, so cobbling them together while they're still in the fresh zone to save expenses makes sense to me...and to my belly! :D
