Chat Profile

I'm sure this might have been covered elsewhere, but I notice that I can edit my Bulletin Board profile fairly easily, but the "old school" Chat Profile doesn't change. If you go to the "Edit Old Chat Profile" link on the main Chat page, it leads to a dead 404 error page. Basically I can edit my Bulletin Board profile, but the changes I make on the User CP here or on the new profile page don't show up on the Chat profile.

I would like to be able to have an avatar or at least a pic in the sig section of my profile. Can someone here at least explain how to do this? Thanks!
