It is about a man in chastity, and the couple go to a party with 3 other couple. Here is there a contest, where the man that last longest take the others wife. And then the loser is castrated.

Well to be fair, there are stories (more than one, not kidding) where the penis is bitten off accidentally *cringes with sympathy pains* so I guess it's theoretically possible.
