How to access literotica moderation queue

Hi guys I am regular visitor of this site but I am not able to find out how to access the moderation queue of this site. Can some one help me
PS is the queue only available for authors or can readers also see which stories are in the queue awaiting the moderation

You can see the status of your submitted story though (whether it is pending or rejected).
