That's not an issue in Spokane. They get less rain a year than what we get where I live now... by a large margin.

No, you'll not be needing a rain coat. A thick winter coat, and a good wind breaker, but not a rain coat, that's for sure.

At least you'll be not far from Lake Coeur D’Alene and Lake Pend Oreille. They are beautiful. :)
