I'm not certain it could be called 'tantric', but I have had extended climax delay that brought on the feeling of other-worldliness, the feeling of being transported to another reality, where the goal was no longer climax, but communication physical, mental and emotional. Not sure about the music, crystals, and incense in my case. But everything else you describe is truly magical with the right person. My preference (in lieu of music) is the sound of waves crashing on the shore (no birds, whale song, buoy bells, or boat horns). Lightly scented candles are nice and they give a soft flickering glow of light. I recall several 8+ hour sessions that I still would like to replay.

That sounds like an amazing experience! Is it vaginal massage?
