My beer adventure...

I can't wait for Autumn to come around. I miss the pumpkin ales.

I love pumpkin ales! Jaw jacked is probably my favorite. Its a Michigan brew. I have a recipe somewhere for an 1800s pumpkin ale I plan to make this fall.

Pumpkin ales are too sweet. I can't do ciders, either. I have a special place in my heart for IPAs. :)

Currently quaffing Alameda Brewing - Bad Bunny, Imperial Cream Ale.

This is the longest beer of the night and in the East I think I see some light,
And pretty soon I know the sun will shine and I know a bar that opens promptly at nine:at nine.

I guess two six-packs wasn't enough 'cause right about now the goin' really gets rough
And some early bird is happy callin' his mate and I wish I knew a bar that opened promptly at eight.

Maybe I was just a fool thinkin' I could drown you outa my mind but the longest part of the day is just before nine:before nine.

I can see the dew that's settlin' onto the ground and if I'm not careful your mem'ry's gonna come 'round
And that's the reason I just gotta stay tight, so I'm just nursin' the longest beer of the night.
Yeah, I'm nursin' the longest beer of the night.

How far north you going? The beer gets better the farther north you go.

I like the bock one the best. Never tried on though, I'll put it on my list.

Miller's Pub (downtown in your town) has North Coast Old Rasputin Russian Imperial Stout on tap. Put it on your list.

I'm partial to Iron City Brewery's Old Frothing Slosh. Not really, that shit sucks! Or at least it did the last time I had it, which was a looooong time ago. But I do think the name had some character, and the cans came with the image of a big-breasted barmaid on them. :)

beer bars need good hot pretzels. enough with the peanuts.
