An inversion table is a table that you lay on and invert yourself. It's a way of using gravity to decompress joints and helps realign your body.

Yup. Something is always out of place for me; ribs, spine, hips... something is always out of line. The inversion table helps pull things back into place. Plus it pulls on your back so it's not all tight and cramped up.
It's actually really amazing even if you don't have back problems.

Those work with inversion too. The good thing about the invert table is one you can control how inverted you go, and two it's easier to get inverted and then back up straight. The table has a strap so you can keep it at a certain angle and not completely inverted.
I would most likely fall on my face trying to get inverted using the bar and cuffs.
