Well you trump me on years, but I have done time running munches and served as House Dom at a club. I've only been on the scene for about 5 years, and I dropped off it completely a year or so ago because I found it didnt really suit where I was going.
Technically I've done MOST things that can be done in Public in a UK club, and a fair few that can only really be done in private. I've done Cyber and RL, and enjoy both, though I'd really like to find someone to play with in reality nowadays.
Have I done "EVERYTHING"? No.
Am I an Expert? Depends how you want to define expert. I can always learn more and once or twice I HAVE learned new things from people who didn't have anything like as much experience as me, just a different point of view.
As a "House Dom" I have had the fine pleasure of introducing certain individuals to interesting new experiences, and I can honestly say that I have had personal experienced anything I inflict on anyone else...
You should have seen the scene when I was flogged by a sub I was playing with at the time, (LOL) exploring different tools and methods to see how the sensation was affected... Talk about topping from the bottom... BTW I am NO switch.
Frankly, anyone who can post that much information and still say "Don't Take My word For It" earns a lot of respect from me, and in that spirit...
Don't take My word for anything either, ask around, look at the websites, read books, go to munches.

I'm like that too. In spite of what might have been inferred by some, I never said I was an expert, far from it. I'd say I'm on an apprentice level perhaps in the BDSM world, research after all, while wonderfully able to provide knowledge, can't replace actual doing.

Sorry, my original post probably sounded really unpleasant- I wasn't meaning to imply that i don't want to mix with older people or that it's worse when you're younger, I'm more worried about people's reactions. I've known I've been this way since I was old enough to understand what it was, even when I was little I knew there was something different about me, but the few people "in the scene" that I do know are much older and think it's odd that I am so au fait with it. I don't want people to think I am just playing around, or going along because I want to be different or grown up.
