November Poetry Challenge: Ekphrastic Poetry

He captured it so perfectly, the doctors of divine infinity say to each
Other, examining the nature of the smile she's said to have been wearing
As he worked on the canvas between them. And think about Sphinx's
And so on. As they pass by the park, where the kids pick the spines off
Chestnuts, one of them muttering 'I still say you can see her titties' and
His older sister tries to keep the bubbles from getting out her nose, and a
Cat looks at them with just the right length of attention, as they don't note
Where their feet go. It's funny. If you don't laugh. They shrivel up and die.
