I have one and have used it a couple of times on my wife. I like it as something different. She thought it made her little more sensitive. You can control how engorged you make it by simply experimenting with how long you pump it once it is in place. If your curious about it, I'd say give it a try.

Tried it a couple of times, didn't do anything for me either time, so it's tucked away in the back of the toy cupboard now.
