Things I learned while attempting to take flattering selfies of my backside with a smartphone as a camera:
1. It's awkward, really awkward.
2. When you drop your phone, it may just actually crack.
Thankfully, the back of the phone cracking does nothing to the functionality of the phone. I must concoct a better how-it-happened story, though.
3. I am actually capable of posting a picture that proves I didn't clean off my counter first (even though I've laughed heartily at photos of background messes before). It's my favorite of the shots I took...still awkward (and includes the edge of a toilet)...but it's my favorite.
