I agree with BigM, they just look like breasts to me. Ok... maybe it's cos I'm not really, reallly, really, really, realllllllly looking at them. Different women, different breasts, fake or natural, they're all just BOOBS to me.

Do your research, make certain the implants are placed UNDER the muscles that lie over the ribs.

Having breast augmentation made me feel "balanced" with the rest of my body and I have never regretted having the procedure done. The men in my life love them.

And fair enough to the both of you. If anything I'll have a breast reduction once I'm a parent, I won't compromise my breast feeding ability. I've recently been measured and I'm a 42 F...as i lose more weight, this won't be fun!

out of curiousity, and i really mean no offense to this, but i'm seriously curious. it seems like the vast majority of women on here or wives of men on here have huge breasts that are "real". i just wonder are they all more or less larger girls as well, because it is few and far between that i've seen smaller bodied girls with large breasts, unless they are fake. i happen to be really tiny and a 34 b. i was just wondering.

My wife is definately a curvier girl. She's been losing some baby weight after the birth of our daughter, but last time I was paying any attention she was 36F-28-44 and hmm 150 pounds maybe or around about there. She's a very curvy curvy girl. Although her best friend is like 5'1 and around 32D-22-34 or so. But for the sake of pointing out abnormalities in that pattern my wife's sister is like 5 10ish, maybe 110 pounds, and a 34A. I'm pretty sure my pecs are bigger than her boobs hehe so you'd never even be able to guess they are sisters.

Now as far as using the claims on lit to be a barometer of the truth and justice in the world... of course you're going to find alot of women on here have huge boobs. For two principal reasons. The skinny girls will often lie about their bust to feel sexier and the fat girls will talk about their boobs because its something that generally being fat really gets a boost from.

And while we're on the topic... while I love big boobs... I love proportion more. My wife weighing in with the 36Fs would look ridiculous if she was 100 pounds and didn't have the huge milf hips that she has. I dated a girl years ago that was 105 pounds, 34D and with 32 inch hips and she... while pretty 'n everything... always looked a bit silly with big boobs and the hips of a 12 yearold boy. So better to be proportionate (a sign of good health, good genes, and pleasing to the eye) than to have a huge rack

I'll admit I'm on the heavy side. Trying to lose weight though. Even when I was slim I had enormous breasts. Chances are when I lose this god forsaken weight, my boobs will stay roughly as they are...then I'm getting a reduction!

No man has ever minded that I have a breast implant. Big, small, real, fake, if your breasts are the most important part of you to him, you don't want him. Unless you agree with that assessment.

All you guys swearing that fake boobs are "gross", I'm sure your heart is in the right place. You're trying to send the message that breasts aren't that important, but you're actually sending message that they are. It's another, different, way of saying that if my breasts don't live up to your expectations, then you're not interested. Luckily, I know from experience that you don't mean it. But remember that women with fake breasts are still real women and that they must have felt strongly enough about the choice they were making that it was worth money and pain to them. How about trying not to judge either way?

And no they don't taste different. The implant goes inside. Skin and nipple are completely unchanged.

i think you misunderstand. we aren't judging the woman with the implants, just the implants themselves. and while most men will still be accepting of the implants even though they don't like them, the point is that real breasts small, medium or extra large are still far more attractive in their natural beauty than they ever will be in the land of fake. now that's not anything to say bad about you or your decision. in fact about 3 years ago, i almost made the same decision, and then i realized what kind of person am i if i can't love my own body the way it is. it's a hard place to get too, but i finally did, and my breasts aren't huge by any means but i love them now. and that's far better than having fake ones, and being proud that i had the money for them. i don't know, just my take.

my wife was a full c, small d. then she gained some weight, had 4 kids and now they are a very full d. but they sag, as they should. a nice lift after she loses the weight she wants to lose and they will be beautiful. i love 'em now though, natural looking.

They always stare at you like you're insane if you ask for a fitting. Most of the stick women that work there are almost B-cups (as a female under 5'0" with nearly 36D cup boobs at 110 pounds, I can't help but laugh) tops. The ones that have a fuller look with actual meat on their bones, you never see them up front in the store. They're in the back near the fitting rooms. A bra fitting is like getting tied up in public with that measuring tape; some of the workers even ask you to hold your breath. You are just measuring, not a doctor.

Anything past a B cup does not need to be tied up and shoved toward the chin. If they start selling C cup or higher bras under $48 that come in more than the tarp variations (solid black, white, or cream with NO designs and three to six rows of hooks, instead of the usual one or two), let me know.

I don'tknow but my feelings were sumed up by a 85 year old guy I was haveing a drink with at a Ft. Meyers FL beach bar. Upon seeing a absolutly beautlful young lady come up to the bar I asked him what he thought, "ral of fake?" He said he didn't care if they were filled with puss, he wanted them. Maybe a little rough but damm they were beautiful. As I belived 99% are, you know that varity being the spice of life.

Sadly fake breasts are all to common....I think some women who want them strickly for themselves or to correct a problem (knew one what who had a cup size difference between her breasts)


Most women I know that have implants are dancers and I don't think it makes them prettier...makes them look like pretty girls with implants. Natural is always prefered to me...


Sadly society has twisted the view of women. Women are supposed to be thin except for a bubble butt and a large rack. It seldom works that way. Women who have hips and large breasts should be the models women look at...there are a lot of body types that are sexy to me and frankly skinny with silicone has limited appeal.

One friend calls it peasant stock...large tits and breeding hips. That is sexy to me and all women regardless of culture bring something to the table when it comes to sexy.

My problem with those comments is that a lot of the men are like, "My wife's D-cups are real and they're the best!" Mmmkay, do you not get that not all of us are blessed with big, real boobs? Talking about how much you love real boobs -- while emphasizing their size -- just tells those of us with small, abnormal boobs that we just don't count at all.

Women will rue the day they perfect the men’s John Holmes Implant. We men will be sporting 13 x 3 inch penises.

Any size is fine, when the breasts are real. I can't understand for the life of me the appeal of a pair of saline containing silicone sacks.

What makes me laugh about this whole thread is seeing how many people said ALL fake boobs are nasty.

I'm sorry, but the only ones you can REALLY tell are fake, are probably gonna be nasty because it's obvious they're fake.

The thing is, there's a lot of factors that need to be right to get ideal results from a boob job.

1) Starting out with adequate tissue to cover the edges of the implant and soften the look is always good. Girls that are extremely thin and/or flat chested can often get poor or obvious results just because the round shape of the implant is obvious under the skin. Women that are very thin can overcome this by getting "anatomical" implants that are shaped like rounded teardrops to more closely match the natural shape of a larger breast.

2) Girls that have a wide ribcage that get a too-small implant have a very obvious space in between the breasts. Too-wide cleavage can be corrected by getting a large enough implant to fill in that space.

3) If the surgeon uses saline implants instead of the new "Cohesive Gel" or "gummy bear" implant, the patient can see complications such as rippling (due to the surgeon not overfilling and thin tissue), hardness from overfilling or capsular contracture. Hardening of the breast is reduced by the solid silicone implant because of the lining over the implant. The new silicone implants are HIGHLY superior to the dangerous gel-filled predecessor because if damaged (punctured, burst or cut) the inside of the implant does not lose it's shape or leak out into the surrounding body tissue. It is soft, like natural breast tissue, thus making for a more natural and appealing look and feel.

Unfortunately, the Cohesive Gel implants are still being studied and are not widely available, and are more expensive than the mass produced saline implant.

Large natural breasts in a non-saggy 'teardrop' shape with high tissue strength for a firm bounce are NOT your normal run of the mill boobs. I have been blessed with firm, perky, large breasts and love them, but I have always loved the look of -very- large breasts and have always wanted implants.

If I do go through with it, I will be going after the Cohesive Gel implants, when they're approved for use by the FDA.

I dont need fake boobs at all...more in need to reduce my size cause of problems withmy back.

But i can understand if women like to have bigger breast. One of my best friends just got one of these new implantants and it looks very good and also feels very well. She always wanted to have bigger ones, and she did it for herself and not for her boyfriend.

As a man I love women to be natural in most every way. I personally do not care for the 'porn star' look that seems to be the fad today (but I'm an old hippie from the 60's). And just for you small breasted girls out there, you should know that many men find small breasts erotic. Personally, I like very small breasts - I also like medium sized breasts - and I guess I like large breasts too! But if I'm going to drool, I like the tiny breasts with large nipples.

They look fantastic... But nowhere near as nice to squeeze

Two points to this:
1. The thread had been dead for 2 years before you bumped it.
2. A LOT of guys, myself included, really like small-breasted women.
