Need editor of Dystopic Story

Need an editor to help me with the second chapter of my series Rule of Woman. I need help in making sure the story is formatted properly for submission as well as grammar issues. Also, want to make sure the story is acceptable in its presentation to the reader. Looking for suggestions in needed changes in story and character development.
