"Far too often, he's found himself saddled with the riffraff," Christie said in the book.

Chris Christie's upcoming book lambasts multiple people who either have left or been ejected for one reason or another from the con artist regime except, oddly, the con artist himself.

Christie dubbed former national security adviser Michael Flynn a "Russian lackey and future federal felon," former Environmental Protection Agency chief Scott Pruitt "greedy and inexperienced," former Health and Human Services Secretary Tom Price -- who was ousted in 2017 for using private jets for multiple government business trips -- "high flying," former Attorney General Jeff Sessions "not-ready-for-prime-time" and former Secretary of State Rex Tillerson "a stranger."

Christie had been tapped to lead the con artist's transition team, but every effort he tried to have supposedly effective people, people who knew what they were talking about, was ignored.

In the excerpts published Monday, Christie said the plan they created -- which he says would have "launched (Trump) on a far more promising path" consistent with his values and campaign promises -- "was thrown in the trash. Literally."

"All thirty binders were tossed in a Trump Tower dumpster, never to be seen again," Christie said. "Steve Bannon, Rick Dearborn, Jared Kushner and others, for their own selfish reasons, got rid of the guidance that would have made their candidate an immensely more effective president and would have saved him an awful lot of heartache, too."

One has to wonder if the con artist's gut, for which he claims has done such a great job leading him all these years, played a role in this as well.
