Great news for anyone in a non-traditional non-monogamous relationship. A bad pap smear and the resulting leep procedure and cone biopsies is what effectively ended our bisexual swinging days.

I got the HPV vaccine when I was in my early 20's. I'm glad that they have extended the maximum age!
