My father lives on the west coast of Florida. We flew him up to us to get him out of harm's way, but we would like to be able to monitor/view the general area in which he lives as the storm passes. Someone told us that many people allow their security cameras to be viewed online publicly just for this reason, but we can't find anything. Does anyone know if there is a way to watch Irma in real time?

Thank you!

I've tried to search social media, but I'm not exactly Internet savvy, so I'm not sure if I'm doing it quite right, and my go-to computer guru is on vacation.

Start here: https://www.wunderground.com/weather/us/fl/miami/33101

Change the location to suit and make sure "webcams" is checked below the map box. You can zoom in or out to see the radar picture and more webcams.
