Looking for a story

Thought it had "usurper" in the title but a search doesn't turn up what I'm looking for. Maybe it was taken down or I have the part of the title wrong? Story synopsis: guy's boss asks if his son can crash with the guy's family. Boss's son is a worthless slobs won't move out. Guy is too chicken to kick him out. Boss's son ends up seducing guy's wife and daughter. Any ideas?

It was called 'Usurped By Our Lodger' by trish2k. It was removed for, I'm pretty sure, underage content and so won't be coming back.
