IR = InterRacial (usu. black vs white)
FM, FFM, MMF = gender combinations
LW = Loving (ie cheating) Wives
GM = Gay Male
IRL = In Real Life
D/S = dominant+submissive
TV = transvestite
TS = transsexual
M2F = male-to-female tranny
HEA = Happy Ever After ending
HFN = Happy For Now ending

Those are a few that come to mind. How about a canonical sticky somewhere?
