I was wondering if anyone would be interested in writing a story. It would have this lady in her early twenties. She is newlywed. She has periods of time when she blacks out. The cause is her brother is having sex with her and wipes her memory of the events. She finds strange things have happened to her. Things liked a shaved pussy (unknown to her she now has a permanently bald pussy except for a small area) and even pierced parts, either nipples or pussy. She may or may not have a small tattoo. One day her husband comes home early and her brother only has time to wipe her memory of their sex. But he doesn't have time to clean her up. I'm sure Laurel knows how, as do most mods, but the best info I have is that nothing gets deleted it gets moved to "non public forums" with no way to find where it was posted originally.

As for you deleteing a post you can't. You can edit a post and delete what you originally wrote, replacing it with no less than 5 characters.

No the idea really isn't too rapey for Lit. It sounds like basic mind control. Hell the snag in this story is nothing you've mentioned suggests that she is at all an unwilling partner. Can someone tell me why a category is wasted on Mind control? The basic premise and every story in that file is non con or reluctance and would fit well there and be pretty much that that readership is looking for so would probably be well received.

I just don't understand why it stands on its own when its right up the alley of an existing Category that has a much larger readership, the authors in MC would be getting better results in the major category.

But of course.....how can there be a non con category at all when the site does not allow rape stories.....?

Because in reality most people have a mental separation between what we'll call "forcible" rape and anything else that qualifies. LEgally they are all the same but emotionally most people have a separation.

Now what I don't get is why Sci-Fi/Fantasy, Non-Human and Mind-Control (definitely the first two) can't be merged. Non-Human on a site that doesn't allow bestiality and has a category for toys is by definition Sci-Fi (until those sex bots that were supposed to be out last year!) show up and 90% of mind control is. I mean unless you just get her drunk in which case we're back to your point.

sci fi non human should be the same category. Both deal with fantasy creatures and settings. The difference, as you pointed out, is NH is for people who like to read about animals fucking people, but can' admit it.

So they stick it in their own category so it doesn't squick anyone else, like incest and non con the extreme kinks they try to give their own realm, which again is a head shaker that Mind control floats alone when it would fit perfectly in NC/R and the authors would benefit with a larger readership.

For the record I can totally own up to that kink. I'd rock the bestiality if they allowed it and when I get the itch I abuse the rules as stated. Look it has wings! It's totally not a pony! Though I'm always confused as to what to put in which category there and to some extent horror. I mean I know my tv thinks Buffy is horror but I think she's action and deals with monsters. They also think Vampire Diaries are horror. I think it's drama that also has monsters. Somehow there is no controversy that Sesame Street is education despite having a cast made up almost entirely of monsters. Where does Lord of the Rings go? (It's even worse if you go into a Book Store since Lord of the Rings and Anne Rice are both "Fiction" but Buffy and Game of Thrones are Sci-Fi Fantasy. It seems to literally be a measure of how respected you are?

There's a readership for everything here, but I can tell you that for the most part I feel "stroke rules"

For me a story is stroke when-as you pointed out-the kink is "met".

Girl is 'under the spell' and sucks and fucks and that's it....and I don't put it all on the author because that is all the readers want for the most part. Now my knock to the author is they should not be writing solely for the reader. but it depends on the person.

Everyone here knows how I feel about it. If the site wants to carry them, its their site and people have the right to their kink, but....

I am so tired of hearing they have a rule against it when they really don't and have a section named non consent an as I pointed out before one of the top fifty most faved stories here of all time has the word 'rape' in the title.

First LC and I mostly see eye to eye on this so I shant be quoting him. I hope he knows I like him quite a bit and that's despite how violently we disagree. I get tired of hearing about the no rape rule mostly because I find that until you wander into Saw territory there is no hard rule. He and I disagree on what you can get away with on men vs women and how much of a double standard it may or may not be. One day we'll return to that topic but for the moment nae.

He and I agree that it's BS that slapping a horn or some other element that makes it "not a dog" should get past. However I have been enlightened on the underaged thing. First I'll admit I would probably write stories about girls 16+ if the rules allowed. Personally I find any First Time story that isn't based around either "I made a promise to God" or "I was a rancid loser" utterly unbelievable at eighteen plus. (Really she looks like a 12 year old boy) So while YES there are lots of blatantly underaged stories and lets not even get me started on the snarl that is celebrity stories because that's what it is. I wish they would just let us age people because it gets so fucking complicated! But the details he mentioned don't quite qualify.

I'm also gonna have to find fault with his opinion on what you should write for on two fronts. This is (in theory) a non profit site. I've had at least once people come and request my stories for their sites and pay me or read my reviews and offered me money to review on their site for a time. That said if you like praise you write for the readers. I don't think I need to point out examples (COUGHtwilightCOUGH) of people doing quite well financially writing for the readers. Something my much more conservative friend I think would appreciate over writing for art. But personally I write what gets me off. Plain and simple. I've spent the better part of a decade trying to figure out where that balance point is between porn and literature and decided it either doesn't exist or is beyond my ability. And I mean that in the sense that if I write Lord of the Rings having 16 pages in the middle of hard core sex just breaks the flow. You kinda have to pick a path. (I've actually kinda settled on cut and uncut editions of my stories now which is beside the point.) Here I mostly write "stroke" fics and when I don't I have bad habit of losing myself.

So in short I don't think it's a fair criticism to say that when so and so writes a stroke fic that it's because they are betraying some authors oath. Sometimes, I imagine most times, we are just writing what we want to read. And this may be the main (surviving) site that I write on but when you cut me lose on combat I tend to make DBZ look tame. I've ended at least one fight with the following.

Centaurs if I remember the mythology correctly were pretty, "rapey". That fact alone puts a lot more subtext when Professor Umbridge was taken by centaurs in that Harry Potter movie.

Had to look up Twilight wolves, which seem to be the same as True Blood and Vampire Diaries. If I wasn't sure those three are the same story told with minor plot changes I'd wonder when the trend changed.

Giant wolves would probably be ok per the rules.
