No it's not okay and there's no excuse and you're not responsible for others jobs. If you stood up for yourself and his business is no longer standing, that's his fault and responsibility not yours. Generational differences is no excuse, if you cant adapt to the times then you shouldn't be in business anyway. You shouldn't have to accept behavior, just because others are at stake, that's the owner's responsibility

A list for SB:

1. We know you're busy and are just happy to hear you when you can! No worries.
2. I think I can speak for almost everyone when I say your stories are yours to tell or not tell. That doesnt lessen your support in anyway.

1, 2 and 3! The first one I didn't really elaborate on as, for me, it's a very heavy question. But I tried to freestyle and have fun.
